So, time for a new movie recommendation. I'm going to go ahead and put forward "Pathfinder" this week. It's basically a tale from the Scandanavian Lapp genre. It's set in the frigid environs of the Lapp territory, encroached upon by the "Tschudes", IIRC.
It's in native languages, so be ready for some subtitles, but surprisingly, not many.
It's got a great story, and I think it won an oscar!

For my martial arts pick of the week, we're going with: "Forbidden". It's basically a love story but it's got the most realistic Japanese swordwork and style displays that I've seen.
