Our wonderful government

Permanent Linkby Inkwhyring on Tue Jan 24, 2012 4:37 pm

Why have we allowed our government to become so controlling-I guess I'm talking about the "war on drugs",for one!Isn't their condemnation of our right to abuse ourselves really based on a Big Christian No-No thing anyway-so,what about separation of church and state? In Oregon,a few years back, they enacted some laws tougher on drugs by lumping it in with ELDERLY ABUSE,and who's going to object to coming down harder on people who beat up their grandma,God forbid!Clever, wasn't it.And apparently the multi-million dollar PRESCRIPTION drug companies can go ahead and do anything they want!I see that some of the drugs for osteoporosis actually caused people to BREAK A FEMUR and are undergoing a class-action lawsuit. And what about the anti-depressants with a possible side-effect of suicide?Anyways,I gotta go. :wallhead:

it's a madhouse I tell ya. Government drug wanna-be-monopoly goes back into the dim past. Funny business as far back as the early 1900s at least. Money, power, zero accountability (most of the time)
By 1964 there were 1.5 million mobile phone users in the US
