RE: ain't that America

"If you even dream of beating me, you better wake up and apologize" - Ali

A friend of mine was in JFK airport when she was a kid. There was a stir. Mohamed Ali was walking through the airport with his entourage. My friend spotted the champ in the throng and she was speechless. Aside from the power of his fame he walked with a vital sense of pride and dignity. She was so overwhelmed she had tears in her 10 yr old eyes. One of his security types brushed her aside. She hardly noticed or minded, but then she heard "man, what you doing?"

He came to her and bent forward and looked her in the eye and said "some people will brush aside the beautiful. Never let anybody do that to you or anybody else." And he picked her up and held her above him and said to his entourage. "You understand?"

She said he was so powerful that it was scarey. Oh, to be in the prime and not pay the price for such purity.

That's fantastic shin shin kid!

Keep up the good work!

You put me to shame!

I spend too much time in meditation.

And writing.

And sketching.

And reading.

And chores.
