Audio: My beloved Ray Wallace

Postby mother » Wed Apr 12, 2006 12:01 am

Some months ago I posted a bit of info on my dear friend Ray's new CD, "Introducing Ray Wallace"(Spinout) He is a survivor of mind control, and emerging artist. This past winter he kicked off the critically aclaimed Link Wray memorial concert in Baltimore, Md. Mike Joyce of The Washington Post called Ray, "a cult classic waiting to happen". If you'd care to have a listen to Ray, go to route78west.com and to the March 19 episode, Death to Spies. He was a teeny bit late to his interview because of all the snow and his glasses fogging up on the road into Boulder, Colorado. Survivors are finding hope and healing, and Ray has been busy. I think you can single out the various tracks to hear just Ray, but there's a rare Dylan piece on this episode for hard-core Dylanites. xxx, m.

Not the same as Bigfoot hoaxing "Ray Wallace", I hope.
"A crooked stick will cast a crooked shadow."

Ray Wallace

I don't think so...but just listen to Ray, for cryin out loud. I'll get back to you about Bigfoot, when I know for certain. Eddie Angel taught Ray to play. Just because one of his biographical pieces is entitled "I Am Bob Dylan" there's really no need to hint at Bigfoot hoaxing, is there?

I sincerely didn't mean any harm in asking. It's just a name that I'm familiar with, so I figured I'd ask. I'll definitely listen to his music later, when I don't have to worry about disrupting any sleeping people.

P.S. - The other Ray Wallace died in 2002 anyway, so, considering the fact that your friend is still living, I've answered my own question.

P.P.S. - Here's a link to the specific episode, for the sake of courtesy.

Route 78 West - 3/19/2006 - Show #262 Death To Spies
"A crooked stick will cast a crooked shadow."
Edited by: thoughtographer at: 4/11/06 11:04 pm

I was only joking! I was THRILLED that you took the time to read a little about Ray, and no, you don't want a conversation with Ray when people are trying to sleep. Or Absolutely Betty Anderson when people need their rest It's so late; I'm going to be limping tommorrow..
