Thank you for the link, Prof. I once plowed through hundreds of FOIA document copies like this at the Black Vault site, looking for mentions of programs like the one I was a part of, but just ended up with eyes that looked (and felt!) like two holes burned in a sheet. What I long for is a searchable text database....I actually thought about beginning work on one, but the sheer size of the project overwhelmed me and I gave it up. If anyone ever comes across one for CIA MC docs, do give me a shout.<br><br>LilyPat <p></p><i></i>
