The general there behind him, backing him, adds that little something extra, doesn't it.

Looks somewhat like him in pix online, but the uniforms are different and this is a National Guard gig.

I suppose the open-ended date could go either way, pre-2009 (untimely demise, or impeachment) or post-2009 (set theories in motion).

He looks like a cross between Paul Martin, F. Lee Bailey, and Robert Webber in Private Benjamin.

When I first saw this article I was outraged and fearful. I even went through a cursing fit on this board on another thread which I now regret because once I did a little research and spoke with some people with cooler heads, this is not the big hairy monster it's been presented to be.

Here's a copy of the letter I wrote to prisonplanet.com. regarding Steve Watson's commentary which I find to be fear mongering, as well as the one at the Huffington Post, maybe I'll send them a copy of my letter as well.

Subject: Is Bush The Lifetime President? FEAR MONGERING!

I generally agree with most of what is posted on your website, however, I have to take issue with this article.

It is fear mongering and leaves out lots of information. This is not the first time that administrations have tried to abolish the 22nd amendment.

There have been proposals to repeal the 22nd amendment in each of the last 10 sessions of congress. It has never made it out of committee. That is not to say it will not eventually. But if you are going to write about this issue, this information needs to be addressed in the article and not made to appear to people who don't know this, like this is the first time it's ever come up. Like it's a REVELATION!

Surely you are aware of this information, being in the business you are in.

But that would take away the dramatic effect of the article somewhat, wouldn't it?

From what I've been able to find out through other people and through some research, this has to pass with a 2/3 majority in both houses, then go to the states for ratification. A simple majority in each state constitutes a vote for the repeal, but 3/4 of the states (3 have to pass it.

The only other method is to call Constitutional Convention with 2/3 of the state legislatures calling for it. Then 3/4 of them have to approve the change.

This article shamefully ignores all of this and the fact that it would take literally years and years for something like this to make it all the way through.

And this article has made me look at every other commentary on your website much more closely for misleading information such as this. You have lost credibility with me on this one.

Also, the issue with the bust...it would not make sense to put a date on this bust until the exact date was known that he was to leave office.

Do you put a date on a cemetery stone before the person dies? NO! Why would you put it on a sitting president's bust? Geezus! And the sad thing is that many people will be sucked into believing this article is well researched and complete. It is not.

I have as much contempt for Bush as the next person and I fight the new world order daily, but this type of blatant propaganda has no place on a credible website.

Hear, hear.

Alex/Paul/Prisonplanet.com have decided that that the world is being taken over by the Occult Illuminati.

In the same way that the mainstream media journalists have decided that bad things happen in the world and the Government, whilst corrupt in places, is generally good.

The reality is that both viewpoints lead a journalist to filter and edit information to meet their beliefs, rather than just get to the truth.

Alex Jones is a very brave man and a great communicator, but the whole attitude at prisonplanet.com has more to do with religious fervour than journalist professionalism. Its a great shame.

Hi Darklo,

I have been reading prisonplanet.com and watching the videos for about a year now, daily. I subscribe to the site because it has been great most of the time.

It seems to me that Watson has become more and more visible on the site in the past few months. I haven't been as happy with the content since I have been watching this go on. And I don't care for his commentaries, I usually skip them and don't read them at all.

I love Alex Jones' website and what he does, most of the time. I am really bummed to see something this lame on his site, I hope this trend doesn't continue. And when I looked today, this article was still up on the front page of latest news.

No matter how much you trust someone, you still have to keep your common sense about you when they are a source of information regarding issues as important as these.

I noticed religion being peppered into the presentations, but that really didn't seem to be a huge part of what Jones was pushing, to me anyway. But, since I was raised to be a Christian (and not a very good one I might add, I just re-read some of my gutter language on here, shame on me) it could be that it just hasn't registered to me that this is a huge part of his agenda because I've heard this kind of speaking all my life. Though in the past few weeks I saw a couple of videos posted there that made me wonder, they were not videos he made, but a couple, I can't remember the names now. And they were all about religion.

Thanks for your thoughtful response.
