I don't know what to make of this. Woodward pretending to blow the whistle on secrecy after his atrocious bit of propaganda "Bush at War"? I heard him claim as recently as a few weeks ago that everything he saw in the white house convinced him that there was no duplicity involved in the lead up to the war.

Sure he got a new Lexis for that little bit of reportage.

Who Woodward Works For.

Woodward is Naval Intelligence, not CIA, right? But why should that matter? Spooks is spooks, right?

I recall that Woodward's parapolitical Watergate baseball card tells us that he was NI and briefing the Joint Chiefs of Staff who were horrified that Nixon was making independent outreaches to Moscow and China, an independence that cost JFK his life.

So they sent Woodward to play 'journalist' at the Washington Post and oversee the political removal of Nixon. And there Woodward stays to this day trying to maintain the laughable cover of 'liberal watchdog pressman.'

Therefore, is it reasonable to assume that a stretched US military being abused by the oiligarchy would inspire the Pentagon's man at the WPost to begin deflecting away from this 'overly secret' cabal so that the US Empire can regroup under someone like pretend-Democrat General Wesley Clark?

Clark has many operatives online carving out his candidacy and I see him as the next cosmetic 'swing of the pendulum.' He's on Fox, for gawd's sake, pretending to spar with O'Reilly. ech.
