He is losing popularity because a lot of people over here are finally starting to see through his lies, lies that are costing young American lives every day this illegal war continues.”

These are the words of Don Stout, Albany, Ohio. I personally know Albany, Ohio and have been acquainted with Don Stout. Seven years ago I left Albany after having lived there for about three years; I'd lived in the region of Albany, which is very close to Athens, Ohio (which is where Ohio University is located), on-and-off since I was a small child. Although Athens is a noted left-leaning town, Albany and the other surrounding rural areas were full of conservative farmers. The Don Stout I remember represented the Albany I remember well. To read the above article illustrates for me a dramatic swing in attitudes in that area. Before reading this story, I'd never have imagined the likes of Alex Jones being beamed into this soy-bean sowing, corn-husking countryside (even with a liberal university right next door )

I've suspected since the last presidential election that, because of all the shenanigans in Ohio, if a groundswell of political action were going to form in this country, it likely could take form in Ohio. This eye-opening article from Alex Jones Inc. has been an amazing corroboration of my hypothesis. With the grief that descended upon Ohio in the last two weeks from losing twentysomething soldiers in Iraq, the near defeat of a republican congressional contender in a heavily republican district, and other current perspectives relayed to me by family and friends in Ohio, I'm inclined to believe the story coming out of Ohio has only just begun.
