Although the site <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--><em>probably</em><!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> was put up for fun.. the link you provided only speculates that it's a hoax.<br><br>The fact that his candidacy isn't registered with the formal organizations would explain why the site has no means of donation.
