I think we need to separate these two parts of the story. One part is the replacing of Fitgerald's Boss with McCallum - which Flocco mistakenly posted as a replacement of Fitzgerald. The other part is the possibility of indictments against Bush. I think the Fitzgerald replacement has been clarified, and it is acknowledged that Flocco's initial story on this was in error. This does not necessarily mean the indictment story is false, also. And Skolnick is the source for that story - as reported by Flocco and now Artic Beacon. <br><br>Let me first say - I do not accept this as fact. It is one story that Flocco and Co. are pushing, that has not been verified. Flocco and Artic Beacon are using the same source, so who knows. <br><br>I will try to explain the process.<br><br>The Grand Jury is the panel of citizens that hears evidence and determines if a crime has been committed, and if the evidence warrants makes formal charges on which the accused persons are later tried.<br>A true bill indictment is returned by a grand jury that has found the evidence in a bill of indictment sufficient to warrant prosecution.<br><br>A "no bill" indictment is returned by a grand jury that has determined the evidence in a bill of indictment to be insufficient to warrant prosecution.<br><br>The claims that a "true bill" indictment has been handed down means that the grand jury thinks there is enough evidence to suggest a crime has been committed.<br><br>When it is the President that has been indicted - there are many issues to consider - who will take over control of the govt.? Is there a way to lessen the blow to the public? What is the most efficient and effective way to have the charges heard and proven in a court of law. What if any, are the protections of the President to not be charged with a crime while still in office? When Nixon was indicted, the judicial people did not immediately inform the public while it was all worked out. Skolnick is claiming this is why the indictments are being suppressed. There is no way to verify any of this until it IS made public. And who knows what kind of backdoor deals are being cut - if indeed there are indictments of Bush and Cheney and the judges on down. For providing that information. I can understand mistakes being made in the posting by the webmaster - but why was that story written in the first place. At least he has admitted a mistake was made. That's more than the Bush Admin. will ever do. <p></p><i></i>

For him to have made such a mistake is odd plus the story seemed strangely truncated, the site has been up and down frequently and so I can buy his apology.. for now.<br><br>As for wishful thinking, yes I do! Attempts to find out more about the big Indictment story have brought up precious new info.<br><br>2. Tom Flocco and Greg Szyminski are sticking with the indictment story.<br><br>3. More interestingly, is who's NOT running with the story. Messy and frustrating work to be sure. Mostly, you have to go with your gut instincts as to who is telling the truth and stick your neck out. I find taking a chance and commiting to one version, if nothing else, helps to shake some info out of the trees--as the opposition tries to disinfo and obstruct...i.e., whatever they say to counter the assertion...is the opposite of the truth.<br><br>I like what Tom Flocco's saying, for instance, about 'crates of money leaving the Philipines'. We all wonder what happened to the enormous amount of cash and gold that went missing from the WTC during 9/11 so money being transferred surreptitiously usually means someone's planning an escape from justice.<br><br>In the early days of the 9/11 truth movement, for instance, there were a lot of incredible scenarios making the rounds and they all deserved scrutiny because while most of them were more or less jelly thrown at the wall to see if it stuck, there usually was a grain or two of truth/insight in each of them.<br><br>9/11 truth was a group effort and this indictment story could be similar...surely Fitzgerald KNOWS the Bushie Cabal is breathing up his backside and he has to do his work quickly and get it into the public domain...whatever it is. So in the meantime, it's a matter of sifting through the crap, trying to pick up the jelly, whatever...<br><br><br><br> <p></p><i></i>
