I am unable to find the link. I read it many years ago. The School of the Americas has been "disbanded" (read re-named) and I don't know the current name. But it was used in an assassination class.<br><br>I believe it was also used to identify people who would need to be eliminated as witnesses, people who had a camera that they did not manage to get.<br><br>One bullet, for example slammed into the street sign that obsured the motocade for a moment. That sign had disappeared the next day. So it was a useful record for clean-up purposes, and to use to gloat over their success. <p></p><i></i>

Pam -- GREAT info on the Zapruder-links. Also -- I'm intrigued by the suggestion that the Zapruder film of JFK's assassination has been used as a crossfire lesson-tool in the School of Americas, FYI renamed Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (acronym: WHISC -- a good way to remember it) -- I'm going to try to find what I can about that -- which BTW is also a good search parameter for more JFK assassination info via google.<br><br>I found the following tidbits that way. <br><br>I thought it was well-known, it sure is obvious, that the Zapruder film was at least edited, but also apparently manipulated. I remember, when seeing a replay of the Zapruder film (on one or more of several documentaries etc.) of at least one quirky scene-edit around a street sign where numerous frames were cut -- and apparently there were more anomalies I sort-of recall, like floating blobs (pianted-out details) and a focus-anomaly on the limo, as described below.<br><br>Both links are VERY interesting for more info on this most appalling crime, signalling the beginning of the end of our democratic republic, leading to our present constitutional crisis of totally illegitimate government, hijacked by a feudual military-corporatocracy, aka fascism. Zapruder connections

That's a rather mind-blowing series of connections about Zapruder.<br><br>Some good questions you raise, Dreams End.<br><br>I'd say it's likely that Jackie would be on the flight because it was the only secure one going to Washington. And what else would she do, or where would she go, under the circumstances?<br><br> <p></p><i></i>

Why film it?

They film everything, don't ya know. Somewhere there's a vault (or many) with all kinds of disgusting footage. Training and trophies both I'd assume. <br><br> <p></p><i></i>
