Clear sign of weather control?

"The boom of thunder and crackle of lightning generally mean one thing: a storm is coming. Curiously, though, the biggest storms of all, hurricanes, are notoriously lacking in lightning. Hurricanes blow, they rain, they flood, but seldom do they crackle.

Surprise: During the record-setting hurricane season of 2005 three of the most powerful storms--Rita, Katrina, and Emily--did have lightning, lots of it. And researchers would like to know why."

www.scienceblog.com/cms/h...tning_9701

for some other discussion similar to this. kinda.

something was amiss this year with hurricanes gathering strength where they weren't supposed to. the anomalous radar sigs were troubling too. lots of discussion happened if there wasn't HAARp interference or beams shot from naval vessels -- but the bottom line was, the hurricanes didn't behave in expected, predictable ways.

my gut feeling is that we've changed our eco-systems to the extent that basic premises might be changing. in other words, maybe hurricanes are supposed to gather hyper-strength IF and only IF the earth is reacting to something we don't understand yet, like some geotermal hiccup or solar flare.

once a phenomena happens in nature it provides the opportunity for humans to engineer from it. so, maybe there were naval vessels in the gulf beaming to katrina -- but maybe they didn't know what would happen, either.

i guess i only throw that out for skeptics. i have no problem believing the defense world would be decades ahead in this area. living near oak ridge will do that to ya.
