Guardian reporter abducted in Iraq

A journalist for the Guardian newspaper is thought to have been kidnapped after going missing in Iraq.<br><br>It is believed Baghdad correspondent Rory Carroll may have been abducted by armed men while on assignment in the capital, a Guardian statement said.<br><br>The paper said it was urgently seeking information about the 33-year-old Republic of Ireland national. <br><br><!--EZCODE LINK START--><a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/4357284.stm">BBC</a><!--EZCODE LINK END--> <p></p><i></i>
