Blinders. (Great picture!)<br><br>Harness horses wear blinders so that they can't see what they're pulling. Racehorses, some of them, wear another form of blinders so that they'll concentrate on racing and not get freaked out by the horse next to them giving them The Eye, and it looke like Bush has blinders on so that he can appear to be looking but not have to actually see. --MaryK <p></p><i></i>
