The head honcho, Admiral Mies, was with Buffet and the business leaders at the charity breakfast, until he decided it was time to bid adieu and check on things. This was AFTER the second crash, at which point I guess he figured primary mission was already accomplished and he couldn't pretend he didn't know some kind of emergency was up. <br><br>As we know, Offut is where Bush flew after he dragged himself away from "The Pet Goat." The years of planning leading up to the exercises on the day clearly incorporated hijacking and domestic "armaggedon" scenarios. There is even a record that the 9/11 scenario was rehearsed on actual passenger planes with actors and FBI guys playing the roles of hijackers, passengers and crew (which based on what we know is likely to be what one or more of the 9/11 flights were also doing). <br><br>All this is what we've known or suspected all along, but I've never seen it so beautifully hashed out in detail with this much backing in mainstream sources. Amazing work from Paul Thompson and the CCR crew. (It's not Credence Clearwater Revival, but it sure rocks!)<br><br>At least one false blip or live-fly distraction has been confirmed as still confusing response three minutes AFTER the initial question of "live fly or exercise", putting the lie to Eberhard's cheap excuses in the 9/11 Commission Report. (Newhouse News article on NEADS of 1/25/02.) First of all, no one in the government is more precise or knowledgable than Clarke, even when he's lying through his teeth. The book was delayed for months while the White House and CIA went through it. The key sentence on Vigilant Warrior is followed by an ellipsus, indicating a redaction. You can bet it was one of, if not the most scrutinized passage in the book. It is followed by Clarke's unusual step of saying that he looked at his watch and specifying that the time was 9:28 a.m. This gives a precise time that further torpedoes the excuses that the wargames did not directly interfere in the events of the day. There is a wealth of history,including declassified documents (especially relating to S-America) that can help us study the anatomy of a coup.<br>The most difficult thing for a state, or a state within a state, is the logistical one.<br>As you must have noticed on other fora,when ordinary people notice out-of-the-ordinary military manouvering the first thing they do is try to tell others.Now imagine the world of the the SPY and of government,they see this even more clearly than us mortals.<br>So once a investigator pin-points with hindsight the moment of the coup it is the examination of manouvering AROUND that point in time that is most illuminating.<br>Loyal units and those that can negatively effect the coup are moved or pre-ocuppied and this has to be planned WELL ahead of time.<br>If you see evidence of this manouvering it can only mean ONE thing - Elements within the government or the government itself had to plan and approve this.<br>the only way an outside force can do this is if it is itself MORE powerfull than the state it is subverting.This invariably also leads to state actors.<br>Examining the actual evidence the state provides us is falling into a prepared trap.<br>Once you determine for yourself that it is a coup,you must also conclude that the evidence is prepared,and that any holes in the evidence are most likely there to confuse yet keep the investigation within pre-planned boundaries.<br>These holes in the evidence lead to fallback positions because the conspiritors understand that no secret stays a secret,and the reasoning is that once you have "made the discovery" you will be quite happy mentally running around in the box this creates as YOU have discovered a hidden "truth"<br>hence the MIHOP/LIHOP argument.<br>that there is a LIHOP argument ready to be discovered for me defines that it is MIHOP.<br><br>well thats my understanding of coup-psychology and revolutionary theory but you can check this out for yourself by studying past coup d'etat's where there is more direct evidence that the passage of time has helped reveal. <p></p><i></i>
