More tinfoil speculation or overactive imagination. But true readers of RI have to at least entertain these thoughts. <br><br>Saw on MSNBC last night that Putin had a meeting after Katrina about the School children killing last year. It might be my imagination but it looked like he was grinning ear to ear. Maybe Katrina was a bit of revenge for the School children massacre. If you remember he was extremely critical of the west (US/Britian) for haboring terrorist leaders associated with the massacre. He also made veiled threats in international newspapers, by reminding the world that Russian is a nuclear power (HAARP power?). Hmm, was Katrina, Putin's revenge for a possible CIA black op using rebels? Or maybe he was laughing at Bush's total screwup of Katrina BCF black op and response.<br><br>The hurricanes last year were known for doing loops and other odd direction changes (practice?).<br>Remember, making cyclones has been mentioned in the wall street journal (Malysia to remove smoke, supposedly paid the russians to do this in 97). Ex Nasa scientist Hoagland says its happening with Katrina. Defense secretary Cohen said beware of earthquake, and weather terrorism in 1997 at a dod conference (also viruses that are racial/genetic specific). I remember reading about a recent (post 2002) Israeli sattelite launch that blew up (probably military mission). Initial international reports indicated a flash of light appearing at the top of the rocket (Haarp signature). This was not mentioned anymore after that one report. Sherman Skolnick, Bloom, & Henegan have L. Moret on who is a whistleblower from Los Alamos and says that Haarp tech is real. A weather control agency is currently in the process of being established. Dennis Kunnich sponsered a bill banning weather/earthquake devices (also mind control). Why ban something that doesn't exist? Russia was extremely interested in acquiring as much of Tesla notes and equipment as possible after he died. <br><br>I think there is a real possibilty that weather control was used to intensify and steer or deflect the hurricane. Maybe it was heading to Crawford, and BCF steered/deflected it away. Gulf water temperature helped to make the task easier, or larger. HAARP is alleged to heat and/or cool the atomosphere and does not require line of sight to do this task, this could be easily applied to steer the jetstream. The question is who did it. Does china have this tech (bought from the russians) and are softening us up with weather events, next earthquakes, next financial (yuan rise), followed by .... Remember China fights asymetrically and does not fight strenght against strength. It may benefit many partys, domestic and globally (NWO). Keep an eye out for major weather or earthquake events against certain countries, including us. If we are in a weather war, expect to see more events in the near future against unique countries or oil sources. China, Russian, US, Venezula, North Korea, Iran, Syria might have some unique weather/earthquakes in the near future.<br><br>Curious, if the russian massacre and Katrina match any known satanic dates? <br><br>Its come out that FBI was doing special things in NO on Aug 28.
