Peace is war.

If I was running China Id wait until WW3 hits, then when everyone is distracted Id hit Taiwan.

And just as everyone was studying the new reality, as they surely will, and US is financially exhausted Id hit Japan.

Then Id create a single currency area and make it one of the 4 currencies that the UN is currently touting as an option.

There has been a massive anti-Japan campaign recently...

Hey, Id make sure it was an option at the very least!

Postby slimmouse » Mon Mar 06, 2006 10:55 pm

Heres the deal as best, and as simple as I can see it.

China have been selling the USA cheap goods for long enough.

This has driven the US worker to breaking point. They simply cant compete. They arent used to working for a bowl of rice a day, nor are they, unlike the chinese, prepared to.

About the only thing the US has left to trade of any value to the chinese, who now sit there with Zillions of dollars to spend, is arms.

Who makes the best arms in the world ?

I think we know the answer to that one.

all circumstantial evidence of course.

A war, which as Havangilia has recently stated, the Israelis knew full well was going to happen, and did nothing to pre - empt.

Enter a 4 time hike in energy prices.

All circumstantial evidence of course.

on edit.

where was GHW posted to as ambassador way back when ?

Answers in a fortune cookie

Edited by: slimmouse at: 3/6/06 8:15 pm
