good point, and I do have a non verbal sense of "elders going berserk" imagery, at least where my "village" is concerned. The abused comes from those who were holding the power to govern. Now they are virtually eating their "children"/flocks. Is this the "global village" ? no, don;t think so, or at least its not the sole reason. <br>--<br>At least in Israel/the Jewish "tribe" (to the extent it exists as a solid identifyable unit), you can actually SEE how those vested with power are behaving like pigs and are holding to their power ruthlessly. Some of them existed before internet and televisoin...(Peres, for example). <br><br>we can't expect it to "be given" to us, but it will take probably a revolution to oust the old generatoin of despots, and our generation is just not <!--EZCODE BOLD START--><strong>equiped to take force</strong><!--EZCODE BOLD END--> and do things. Maybe its the drug problem, among others. And also internalizing the sad truth, that these pigs are in there for their own gains, that's very difficult realization. We, as humans, need trust for our health and survival. losing it is scary.<br> <p></p><i></i>
