Re: By The Way

Postby Qutb » Mon Aug 15, 2005 3:18 pm

Thanks to theearthisround on DU for posting this, from Turkey's fifth largest newspaper:

www.zaman.com/?bl=national&alt=&hn=22982

"Countries facing the al-Qaeda threat are awaiting the intelligence Turkish security is to provide. Amid the smoke from the fortuitous fire emerged the possibility that al-Qaeda may not be, strictly speaking, an organization but an element of an intelligence agency operation. Turkish intelligence specialists agree that there is no such organization as al-Qaeda. Rather, Al-Qaeda is the name of a secret service operation. The concept “fighting terror” is the background of the “low-intensity-warfare” conducted in the mono-polar world order. The subject of this strategy of tension is named as “al-Qaeda.”

Sakra, the fifth most senior man in Osama bin Ladin’s al-Qaeda that has challenged the whole world from a base in the Afghan mountains, is in the hands of Turkish Justice. Sakra has been sought by the secret services since 2000. The US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) interrogated him twice before. Following the interrogation CIA offered him employment. He also received a large sum of money by CIA. However the CIA eventually lost contact with him. Following this development, in 2000 the CIA passed intelligence about Sakra through a classified notice to Turkey, calling for the Turkish National Security Organization (MIT) to capture him. MIT caught Sakra in Turkey and interrogated him. Sakra’s protests that, “MIT abducted my wife and interrogated her for 20 days,” as he was brought to Besiktas court in Istanbul for sentencing, seem to confirm these claims.

Sakra was sought and caught by Syrian al-Mukhabarat as well. Syria too offered him employment. Sakra eventually became a triple agent for the secret services. These astounding claims are the outcome of Sakra’s four-day interrogation at Istanbul Anti-Terror Department Headquarters. Turkish security officials, interrogating a senior al-Qaeda figure for the first time, were thoroughly confused about what they discovered about al-Qaeda. The prosecutor too was surprised. A second hearing of the case about the attacks in Istanbul between November 15-23, 2003, is reportedly possible."

www.democraticunderground...02x1703122

Thanks for posting this article via DU, Qutb -- VERY interesting.

From the Turkish Press article:
"... emerged the possibility that al-Qaeda may not be, strictly speaking, an organization but an element of an intelligence agency operation.
--unquote--

I'm thankful and hopeful that more and more people are beginning to suspect the real basis of Al Qaeda as a false-flag terrorist front -- which is what so MUCH evidence from a wide range of sources has been strongly suggesting, to those keeping-up. Put together with Sibel Edmonds' recent Vanity Fair interview and other information from other officials cited, this is what it looks like more and more. It also explains why MSM has been so complicitous in keeping a lid on evidence exposing the many flaws and consistencies indicating the whole concept of Al Qaeda is an elaborate fraud. The embarrassing link between Pakistan's chief of ISI and Mohammed Atta in authorizing the wiring to Atta $100.000 has never been explained -- extremely auspicious in that the ISI Chief was being feted by Washington DC bigwigs in the days leading up to and following 911. In a TRUE open democracy, this should have led to the impeachment of the top Bush Regime, and a massive reorganization of the CIA, at the VERY least. But the Shadow Govt. that directs Al Qaeda serves a huge infrastructure of special interests, so deeply enmeshed in government and business around the world that its essentially immune to discovery -- at least without substantial reform of gov. and law according to universal principles. Might THAT be the back-door plan to implement a true One World Govt, on the premise that the disease justifies a radical cure?

Of course, a True, representative, co-equal Parliamentarian global system of governance, properly organized and reflecting regional state concerns, would be a helluva improvement on the present semi-feudal 'system' where rule-of-force and bribery/blackmail substitutes for rule by law.

That is, I'm not holding my breath.
Starman

Still, one can hope ...
Starman

Frankly, if I were one of the ceremony attendees, I would NOT eat or drink anything they provided.

in the cafeteria?

Postby Ferry Fey » Mon Aug 15, 2005 11:02 pm

What's the significance of the cafeteria? No matter how posh it might be at taxpayer expense (and I rather doubt it is), isn't there somewhere else that is a bit more prestigious as might be expected to befit the occasion?

Or are they going to try to get them witih salmonella? Ooops, so sorry, must have been the mayo...

Party in the cafeteria

Postby rapt » Tue Aug 16, 2005 11:45 am

Maybe the cafeteria is not so prestigious but one can be sure that it is secure against bugs. Whatever discussions they have will never see the light of day.
