White helicopters?

Anyone see white helicopters flying over their area? For the past few weeks there have been unmarked (just the ID # up near the base of the rotor) choppers hovering over various buildings and fields. I mean hovering like I thought they were going to land on the building across the street from where I work. All I can see is some kind of radar-type instrument bucket and a camera. A homeland security brigade was just instituted here at the airport (Bellingham, WA) for border security, so maybe that has something to do with it. It does seem odd to see it hovering over a hay storage building in a field and over a river on the Nooksack reservation. <br><br>Any ideas? <p></p><i></i>
