Well, I am sure there is a huge difference bn someone being in prison in the USA, and being free and in Israel, re his ability to say things about ISRAELI officials. After all, in a way, he is dependent on Israel for his release now, and constantly he receives threats in the israel MsM to SHUT UP. not easy.
--
I think what he has can prove that 1. israeli prime minister Shimon Peres was behind the idea to use him and not as otherwise told that it was a low level decision.
AND, there could be a lot, who knows what he knew then and more so, what he realized since then.
--
I tend to agree that the USA is NOT the impediment for his release. After all, he served a very long sentence, he is now an Israeli citizen, his main vendetta is against his handlers FRom ISRAEL, what is the interest of keeping him in jail, from American standpoint ? none. But it makes sense that Peres requested he shall stay incarcerated and in return provided a lot more info to the USA about some things that ARE important to the USA.
---
There is a poster in Tel aviv this week showing Pollard in a Kaffiyeh (dressed as palestinian) and it reads - "If Pollard were a terrorist, Sharon would secure his release".
