Perhaps for modeling a dam?

If it was in Japan it would be a no brainer. Just a Godzilla set.

I wonder if they will landscape my back yard. How about a scale model of the moon? The more serious question has to be; To what end? Military comes to mind, of course, and China does seem to have an expansionist atitude. I have watched CCTV9 on dish tv and they have a show, Discover China, and they show places like Tibet, Mongolia, Taiwan and The Easter Islands as parts of China. They are comming into their own as a superpower. Who's to stop them?
