Anyone else heard of high risk viruses in hurricane areas?

Have you noticed that one of the places the Bushies are proposing to cut in order to fund hurricane relief AND cover for the new tax cuts is fom the CDC budget? Wow, either they are dumber than a box of rocks or.... <p></p><i></i>
