So... Patsy Ramsey.

Guilty or not guilty?

I pretty much assume the Ramseys are guilty of murdering JonBenet (not that I care all that much about the case), but this site has some diverging views:

www.crimelibrary.com/noto...ons_4.html

In any case, it is either proper and poetic -- or darkly ironic -- that Patsy Ramsey should be killed by her own womb (ovarian cancer).

While we're at it:

www.seraph.net/jonbenet.html

1/3a Our conclusion is that you are investigating a child's murder with ritualistic overtones. Mrs. Ramsey's motives and post incident actions cannot be understood with rational thought. This crime was committed by a delusional individual who has convinced herself of her own innocence. Sociopaths always view their violent actions as justified. When a divine intervention is added to this justification pathology, you have a highly volatile individual.

We do not believe as has been theorized that this murder was the result of sexual assault. The autopsy report clearly states that the vaginal trauma was superficial and not consistent with known forensic profiles of sexual assault. There is no evidence in pedophile research of strangulation as a means of sexual gratification for a child molester. Strangulation and sexual assault are most commonly seen in sadomasochism between heterosexual and homosexual adults. Or by late adolescent and young adult males during masturbation.

We do not believe that John Ramsey was involved in a sexual relationship with JonBenet. We do believe that he played a role in the cover up that followed the murder.

I was thinking it was the "Finders" that first opened my eyes to this dark underworld. Now I realize it was the Ramseys. The first time I saw her on TV, not even knowing much about the case, I completely freaked out emotionally. It wasn't just that she was guilty...it was this energy she put out there.

The background of the dad is of interest too, of course. While this sort of thing happens among middle and lower economic class people and is no less tragic when it does, when it gets into high society it suggests something further is happening. Especially with that creepy "pageant" business.

I don't know how Ramsey supporters ever explained how the "kidnapers" showed up without pen and paper, went through the house looking for some, wrote a "draft" ransom note and then a real one and happened to mention the exact sum that Patrick had just earned as a bonus. Nor does it explain why potential kidnapers decided to torture and kill the girl in the house, for she was certainly not killed on the spur of the moment to keep her quiet or whatever.

This is one of those cases where all the principal investigators know what happened. I'm sure of it. The only question was how much could they say and how much could they investigate without running afoul of larger forces.

This section looks like the author is really parsing words:

In regards to any evidence of sexual abuse, he stated that in all the times he had examined JonBenet, he had never seen any evidence of any such abuse. Other stories claimed that the "vaginal abrasion" mentioned in the autopsy report suggested sexual abuse, however this conclusion is not supported by the balance of medical opinion. Dr. Thomas Henry, the Denver medical examiner states: -

"From what is noted in the autopsy report, there is no evidence of injury to the anus, there is no evidence of injury to the skin around the vagina, the labia and there is no other indication of any healed scars in any of those areas. There is no other indication from the autopsy report at all that there is any other previous injuries that have healed in that particular area."

Firstly, You'd be shocked at how many doctors overlook obvious signs of sexual abuse. Then, this author does not mention the word "hymen". Was it intact or not. Was there any internal vaginal damage?

Anybody have the autopsy results, doctor records?

The Crime Library report left out a lot of information, skimmed right past some very incriminating evidence, or outright lied about some of it.

For one instance, they write that handwriting samples given by the Ramsey's did not match the ransom note. Not true. Many reports were made public that stated not only was the handwriting of Patsy very similar to the note, but much of the phraseology was consistent with southern colloquillisms. (lordy, sp?) Not many people other than Patsy in and around that house would have been comfortable with such wording.

My personal view is that John killed that child while molesting her and Patsy helped cover it up.(re Cyril Wecht) Which makes her a lower life form, in my opinion. God have mercy upon the body and soul of one who would have dared hurt my children, or now my tiny granddaughters, because I sure as hell wouldn't.

People may find this interesting...

Here's some data from Alex Constantine that I found very interesting involving the Ramsey case:

The Jon Benet Ramsy Case: Emerging Child Sex Ring Allegations, Political Connections and a Suspect

The power thing is not to be ignored, especially by people here. The fact that he had enough swing that Ramsey was able to hold police back long enough to completely scrub the murder scene sends a pretty loud message to anyone listening.

Hell, they let the Ramseys do the searching of the house. They let hubby find her body and remove it from the crime scene. Incompetence in law enforcement often strikes me the same way as "lone gunmen" do, if you know what I mean.

Never underestimate the power of human incompetence. That being said, I've got little to no doubt that this woman either murdered her child herself, or else knew who the murder(s) were and covered up for them.

-Sepka the Space Weasel

Bullshit, any sexual device or procedure that is used among adults has also been used by pedophiles with kids. If you can imagine it, it's been done.

Yes, I remember a woman who came forward, a survivor, who had some evidence but she was largely ignored.

Quote:
According to the woman, detectives also said they didn't contact or investigate several people whose names she gave them and refused to say if they had interviewed others.

Police also declined her offer to show them evidence, including a card sent to her the same week she came forward with her allegations.

That card, sent to her by a member of her family, contains a large picture of a cartoon bear holding a pink heart. She earlier came foward with claims that members of her family involved her in a child sexual explotation ring.

A pink heart was also reportedly found written on the back of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey 's hand when her body was found on Dec. 26, 1996.

The only word written on the card is the first-name signature of the sender.

The woman said she offered Boulder detectives other evidence of alleged threats against her but was told to give them to police in California. Some of those messages, according to documents shown to the Times-Call, invoke the names of people with "lots of money" and connections in the Boulder Police Department.

Jeanne Adams, an Ogden, Utah-based advocate for survivors of ritual abuse who accompanied the woman to Boulder, called her story credible.

"I have listened to her story and she has shared some information with me," Adams said. The Ramsey's were more than likely hosts, and when their daughter succumbed to the uses of a high ranking male in the cult, they had to scramble to figure out how to explain her death. Guardian questions assumption of guilt

Postby friend catcher » Fri Jul 07, 2006 7:26 am

www.guardian.co.uk/commen...26,00.html

Bumping as i noticed a herd assumption of guilt thing going on including such damning evidence as "The Father has those eyes that tell you don't leave me alone with your daughter."

The obituary for Patsy Ramsey gave the impression that she was still a suspect over the death of her six-year-old daughter JonBenét (Beauty queen at the heart of her daughter's murder mystery, June 27). In doing so, it drew on tainted information thrown up early on, and ignored the extensive evidence that has since led prosecutors to accept that the murder in the Ramsey home on Christmas night 1996 was committed by an intruder.

The strongest evidence the obituary omitted is that DNA from a white, Caucasian male was found mixed with JonBenét's blood in bloodspots on her clothing. This DNA did not come from her parents. The local police first withheld this information and then ignored it. Proper DNA tests, not conducted until years later, produced a sample of DNA strong enough to identify a single individual. It has been logged on to US DNA databases and a huge manhunt is now on.
