Pan, it's probably the old tip of the iceberg. Having been vey active in the adoption community for years, the kids coming to this country from Russia have in many cases displayed shocking and frightening behavior indicative of what the article touches upon. The abominations against children worldwide are too hideous for words, and the only way my husband and I can spare ourselves from total burnout is to think, "one child at a time". Too bad it costs $40,000 to adopt from Russia, you need a money belt with at least $10,000 just for "donations" once you get there... <p></p><i></i>
