It just strikes me as confirmation-biased to say "the tapes have gone missing because there's something to hide" and imply that they're putting out of commision the old technology for the same reason... It's an insult to my intelligence.<br><br>And if he DOESN'T believe them, then he's a hoaxer, either discrediting himself on purpose or just seeing what the gullible will swallow.<br><br>If there's a third option let me know, but in the meantime excuse me if I'll visit his site only for cheap laughs.<br><br><br>As for the crazy little expedition you describe, yes that's pretty odd to say the lease... I read about it ages ago, and was convinced something was up........<br>....... It mentions the events you describe, theorising that they represented an attempt to enter the moon's hollow interior. However, most of the stuff in the book when i further looked into it turned out to be wrong in some way... for example they quoted various supposed "off air" transmissions from the moon missions which have since been revealed as hoaxes...
