Seemslikeadream, I've been meaning to do some real serious research into this for years. This was always such an intriguing story with seemingly credible provenance, I thank you for this.

If any of y'all get more data plz post it here. I too have been curious after first hearing of this a couple years ago.

If this is the Kincaid (sic) story, I investigated in the early nineties...
I have some theories as to where an entrance might be.

I'd need to be a lottery winner to do it right...
But up around Grand Falls, where the Little Colorado drops off and bends back in a Northernly direction, you follow that canyon Northish, follow the main line of the Little Colorado...keep your eyes on the Eastern Wall of the Canyon, not all the way up top, but surely not towards the bottom.
I saw more than one...When I asked some local boys(on the Rez) about it, they didn't really want to talk about it.
