Fascinating. I'm not by any means above listening to any anecdotal stories, so I'd be very interested in hearing what locals have to share with you, any and all of it. The material I came across was on the old Hotline networks(mostly used for distributing illegal software copies), but a few servers had masses and masses of odd-ball data, and that's how I came across the Bright Skies material, along with other text files on EMP weapons. I still might have some of the other texts, but they're locked on a macintosh-formatted HD I can't access ATM. There was much more in my collection than merely the Bright Skies texts, and I'd really like to see what I still have from that stuff.

What I read, quite honestly, was pretty terrifying shit, and really shook me up at the time. It was kind of weird to come full circle later running up against the chemtrail thing and finding myself staring the Bright Skies stuff in the face again all these years later.

Peripherally, during a stink between our countries I remember the previous leader of Russia(I forget his name, Americans lampooned him as a drunkard due to his constantly red nose) made an aggressive claim years back in the late 80's(?) that they possesed EMP technology developed into basically rifle-sized weapons he threatened to destroy American soldiers with. He said they operated on ultrasonic wavelengths and were capable of doing everything from instigating nausea/incontinence to completely liquifying a man's insides.

This back in pre-cable news days, and I caught it in a nightly broadcast but never heard anything about it again. The news report didn't bother verifying if the weapons were real or not, and I guess the whole thing was presented as a posturing kinda deal at a stage when the Communist mem was fading as a dire shadow threatening American life. The only reason I latched onto it was due to my use of ultrasonic devices in my trade as a tattoo artist having an understanding of ultrasonic principles, so I kinda took him at his word. THAT was sort of what lent weight to the Bright Skies stuff when I ran across it a few year later..

I really should brush up on the BS stuff, but if I hit cheniere.org I'll have to take a shower afterwards and I'm much too tired for that right now, lol..

That stinky Bearden bastard. I'd really like to know what the game is his gang is playing..They're behind a shitload of meme propagation.

As far as the PDF's, you needn't click on them directly, instead, right click and select 'save as' so you can just download it and then open it. I know what you mean about Acrobat's piss-poor intergration into web browsers. You'd think Adobe had enough money to make a decent Acrobat version, but when the World is running down, you make the best of what's still around, right?

Cheers,
D
____________________
Oderint, dum metuant
