I sipped it, according to his instructions, but didn't like it much. An acquired taste, I'm sure. Personally, I'm a Canadian whiskey lover, from way back. Also fond of Cognac during the winter months. In warmer weather, I get into Corona beer with a lime wedge - especially when I'm eating Mexican food -or Sam Adams Boston Lager.
