I'm most likely wrong though.

But, I had been asking a few ppl private questions and was getting ZILTCH, NADA, nothing! So I acted like a baby.

But I'm gonna stay away from the computer for a while now.

Edited by: betty a free man at: 5/14/06 6:30 pm

Thanks!

Thanks, Blanc and Thought I am feeling better.

Had to check if Jeff had banned my "Lizzy" reg. Thanks for not banning me.

That day I wanted to be....all my roving was getting to me...never been without a car before and using the bus system, you get to see the sad, yet there are moments of human compassion too.

And why I use 2 diff sign in names was that I thought I would use "betty" as my more angry side...it did not really come in handy. I'm a sort of crappy writer so it shows no matter what my mood. (i don't think i'm the first to do it though )

I do have to be away for a while till I do get set up in my new base - not a great situation, but a room is a room.

I do really like this site, but my fears and insecurities, all around, not just about our country going to hell, gets me too excited and irrational to be of "rigorous" use.

But I'm learning, thanks to a lot of yall.

using the busses is really one of the worst experiences and it "gets to me" sometimes...i prefer walking whenever I can.

Edited by: havanagilla at: 5/15/06 6:55 am

Thank you Lizzy/Betty for creating it -- it started out very mysterious and intriguing and led to a lot of creative responses!

I have been trying to think of resources that might be helpful to you. I had read some advice on a Democratic Underground thread about 2 months ago on Disabilities that is sort of hidden in the back burners of DU, some of the people posting there had been homeless and had some resources to share with people who were having a hard time.

www.democraticunderground...&forum=250

www.democraticunderground...ss=230x412

Quote:
wanted: people to tell their stories and how these lives have been changed since 2000.
