I'm having trouble even typing tonight, like there's a hesitation between pecks, if you know what I mean. Sites down all over the place earlier. Some still down. I wonder what's up with that?

Very weird. But I have no idea what it is. Even Coast to Coast made a comment about it tonight, Noory said that he thought something was going on, they were having probs. earlier, too.

And this board was inaccessible for awhile, too.

Could it be, so many people are turning to the Internet (heavy use) to read about the Investigations and coming Indictments (and hurricanes)? Gosh I hope that's all it is?

Bama

For as long as the internet existed, it has always experienced slow-downs and malfunctions. Just because you can't get to Yahoo one day doesn't mean the thing is being dismantled.

Remember the fits of paranoia when Alex Jones's sites were unreachable a while back?
Quote:
Remember the fits of paranoia when Alex Jones's sites were unreachable a while back? Duct tape and greed, indeed.

that was legit. his site was being invidually targetted, and it was only after enough people raised a stink that the problem was 'fixed'.

Well, sometimes, at least. But the incident two weeks ago that I'm referring to was a well publicized feud between two large backbone providers.

Plus, I don't think the PTB will ever "shut down" the Internet. They need a way to usher in government controlled Internet 2 by convincing us that Internet 1 is fragile because its held together by 'duct tape and greed'
