Hmmm, Judy Miller in news again

Does this investigation stand alone, or will it tie in to the Plame investigation? Or could Fitzy be rattling some cages? That man is so patient.

rawstory.com/showarticle....1002915992

NEW YORK A federal appeals court on Tuesday ruled that federal prosecutors investigating a leak about a terrorism funding probe can see the phone records of two New York Times reporters.

A panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals held in a 2-1 vote that prosecutors had a valid interest in seeing who had contacted the reporters.

"We see no danger to a free press in so holding," Judge Ralph K. Thanks for posting this. I caught the AP blurb about Fitzy winning the appeal; however, the AP blurb made no mention of Judith Miller by name.

I wonder whose names may turn up from her call records...

AP blurb

Something odd about her tipping the charities off like that, considering how tied in she was to the clique in the administration.
