What about the possibility that by denying the detainees' day in an open court, information pertaining to 9/11 can be more easily suppressed? I guess that's just blatantly obvious and goes without saying. But maybe the current urgency, beyond the recognized political expediency, is related to extremely damaging evidence close to being revealed. <p></p><i></i>
