I heard somehing on NPR this morning about a huge chlorine leak in New Jersey, a big "plume" in the air. One of the highways has been shut down, residents asked to close their windows. <br><br>Right, either we have just collectively put the focus on something that goes on every day, or this is on an upswing for some reason.
