Duluth?<br><br>I gotta go to Duluth? You really think they could put Minneapolis and St. Paul in some field in Duluth? No way... and it gets damn cold up there.<br><br>No, this is just a waste of tax payers money. Some congressman got a wild hair and the government, being what it is, did what it was told. It was just a favor to some contractor and promptly forgotten.<br><br>Or maybe they thought they were going to put the Canadain hords crossing the boundary waters in the Duluth camp.... umm... yeah, right.<br><br>Duluth? I can't believe they put it in Duluth. <p></p><i></i>

Remember starting in the 80's the start of Military base shut downs and sell off?
