We can only hope to prevent it, and part of the prevention is to see it coming.<br><br>Given the above I'd expect a small "dirty bomb" attack on a small island nation where the lessons learned could be transposed and refined to a wider audience.<br><br>A dirty bomb, I think, is more likely to happen where backround radiation levels are already high (blame one for the other).<br><br>With the DU clouds sweeping across Europe a dirty bomb would really be something to point a finger at. But which island nation? I hope beyond hope it's Luxembourg, Monaco or the Channel Isles. Not a chance!<br><br>More likely somewhere more expendible.<br><br>We're all collateral now! <p></p><i></i>
