10 Cops Who Turned Out To Be Serial Killers

"rescuing sex trafficking victims by raping them..."
How many sex workers raped by predator cops will it take to make politicians, philanthropists and celebrities care about those victims?
Rogues Gallery- the Worst of the Worst-
Section II: COPS, POLICE CHIEFS -PLUS JUDGES AND POLITICIANS- WHO SEXUALLY EXPLOIT- RAPE/ EXTORT/ SOLICIT
AND PIMP PROSTITUTES OF ALL AGES . THESE ARE THE ONES WHO GOT CAUGHT... MANY MORE NEVER DO.
THE LAWS AGAINST PROSTITUTION GIVE A GREAT DEAL OF POWER TO THOSE ENTRUSTED WITH ENFORCING THE LAWS. THIS POWER IS ABUSED BECAUSE THOSE WHO ENFORCE THE LAWS ARE THEMSELVES “ONLY HUMAN” AND FIND IT EASY TO GET AWAY WITH THEIR CRIMES. MOST PROSECUTORS DON’T WANT TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST OFFICERS BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE THAT IT WAS CONSENSUAL. IF AND WHEN THEY ARE ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED, JUDGES DON’T LIKE TO SENTENCE THEM TO PRISON BECAUSE THE OFFENSE “WASN’T THAT SERIOUS”... ON RARE OCCASIONS WHEN THE EVIDENCE OF THEIR CRIMES BECOMES OVERWHELMING, THEY ARE SENTENCED TO PRISON. HOWEVER, IN MANY CASES THEY DO NOT GET FIRED, MUCH LESS ARRESTED. YET POLITICIANS AND THE PROSTITUTION ABOLITIONISTS WANT TO CHARGE THE NON VIOLENT, NON ABUSIVE CLIENTS OF SEX WORKERS WITH ‘SEX TRAFFICKING’ AND SEND THEM TO PRISON FOR UP TO LIFE. WHY IS THAT?
On August 8, 2012, the Ohio State Attorney General’s office released a report it had commissioned on domestic sex trafficking in that state. Newspapers across the US touted the ‘ground breaking research’ based on interviews with a very small number of underage and adult people (328 )
involved in the sex industry. Although other researchers had previously stated what prostitutes of all ages and nationalities have told them, this report was based on research conducted at the behest of the state government. “In all of Ohio, the most common buyers for victims were law enforcement. Businessmen and drug dealers were second and third, respectively.”
With so very many naughty cops to choose from, it was difficult to decide which ones to share, but you can view the list yourself and check out their stories (click link) Name, department, rank/ sentence for crime (where known)

If Trump is a Pathological Liar, What Type of Liar is Biden?
by BRUCE E. LEVINE

Bernie Sanders has routinely called Trump a “pathological liar.” The term pathological liar, a controversial one for psychiatrists, in common usage coveys someone who is an extraordinarily unrestrained liar. And so, Bernie knows that it is in no way radical to use this term to describe the unrelentingly self-serving Trump

So We’re All in This Together…Really? What About Big Oil?
by CHARLOTTE DENNETT

One thing I’ve learned over the years of investigating Big Oil and its hold over the futures of whole nations — including the US — is this: Never count on “straight talk” from its lobbyists, its PR people, and its protagonists in Congress and the White House
So what are we make of the fact that the price of oil tanked to below zero per barrel on April 22, the greatest drop in history? The price has gone up slightly since then, hovering around $16 a barrel on April 25th, but it is still severely depressed. Who will suffer from this? And perhaps more importantly, who will gain?
Predicting the future is difficult during this pandemic. Here are five questions that might yield answers.
What caused the precipitous drop in the price of oil?
In a word: coronavirus. No one can deny this. It is an inescapable

THE PATHOLOGY OF GOVERNMENT SECRECY
Why the Freedom of Information Act Is Ineffective

Everyone talks about the need for transparency in public affairs, but what the government means by transparency turns out to be… not all that clear.
In this week’s WhoWhatWhy podcast, award-winning author Nicholson Baker (Baseless: My Search for Secrets in the Ruins of the Freedom of Information Act) describes what it’s like to try to squeeze even a small amount of truth from a huge mass of documents that the federal government seems determined, for apparently arbitrary reasons, to keep secret.
Baker set out 10 years ago to learn about the use of biological weapons during the Korean War (1950-53). He never really gets those answers, but what he discovers along the way should concern all of us.
Among other things, he demonstrates that the 1966 Freedom of Information Act is actually a framework for not getting information. It’s designed to keep inquirers waiting for documents that never arrive, to release records only with massive whiteouts and redactions, and to induce frustration so pervasive as to trigger a brief dopamine rush when even the tiniest crumb is given out.

UPDATE: We're pleased to announce that we'll be joined by Glenn Greenwald, the journalist who broke the Snowden revelations. I hope you can join us for this timely webinar: ‪Monday, August 24 at 6 pm eastern‬/ ‪3 pm pacific‬. We'll livestream on our website, over Youtube and on our Facebook page.
Please RSVP for the event here.

Edward Snowden is again in the news as Trump says he is considering pardoning him. While it is unclear how serious this is, Trump’s comments have launched a renewed debate about Snowden. Snowden is currently charged under the Espionage Act for revealing to the US people the vast extent of the NSA’s mass surveillance programs that directly infringe on our rights.
It is outrageous that government officials who engage in abuses of power suffer no consequences, while those who bravely expose these abuses of power are prosecuted under the draconian and archaic Espionage Act.
Unfortunately, many of the loudest voices in the debate on Snowden have been proponents of surveillance and secrecy.  It’s time to hear from a few whistleblowers and their advocates on why Snowden deserves a pardon.
Join us for a special virtual conversation, entitled "Pardon Snowden!" ‪on Monday, August 24 at 6:00 pm ET‬ with Glenn Greenwald, the journalist who broke the Snowden revelations, the head of ExposeFacts' Whistleblower and Source Protection Program Jesselyn Radack, and NSA whistleblower Dr. Thomas Drake about why - regardless of the motives behind the sandstorm distractions coming out of the White House - Edward Snowden deserves a presidential pardon.

 Black Agenda Report
Torture Survivor Jackie Wilson Exonerated in Pandemic Murder Trial
https://www.blackagendareport.com/tortu ... rder-trial
Flint Taylor

18 Nov 2020

Wilson’s 40-year ordeal has ended, but his attorneys hope to make Chicago prosecutors pay for their crimes.
“Jackie and his brother were tortured by notorious police lieutenant Jon Burge and his crew of ‘ass-kickers’ into making confessions.
On September 22, 2020, 69 year old Cook County, Illinois Criminal Court Judge William H. Hooks commenced the long awaited bench murder trial of police torture survivor Jackie Wilson. Convened in the midst of the pandemic, the Judge, witnesses, and courtroom personnel all sat, wearing masks, behind plastic shields.  Family, two members of the defense team and the media were all socially distanced in the cavernous old court room on Chicago’s southwest side, while Jackie Wilson and his two lead counsel sat a few feet apart at counsel table. A documentary film crew filmed the proceedings from the jury box, and a representative from the Chief Judge of Cook County monitored the proceedings for conformance to COVID 19 protocols.
Jackie Wilson and his brother Andrew were arrested in 1982, after an extensive and brutal five-day manhunt, for the murder of two white Chicago police officers. They were tortured by notorious police lieutenant Jon Burge and his crew of “ass-kickers” into making confessions to the crimes. The torture included electric shock of both brothers, burning Andrew on a radiator and placing a bag over his head, beating Jackie over the head with a telephone book and threatening him with a gun, and beating and kicking both brothers.
Unmistakable evidence of the torture was reported by the Chicago police superintendent to State’s Attorney Richard M. Daley and his top assistants, including Deputy Chief Bill Kunkle, but they refused to investigate, and Kunkle instead proceeded to prosecute the brothers. A politically connected judge denied the brothers’ motion to suppress the confessions, they were tried together, and convicted. Andrew, who was identified as the shooter, received the death penalty, while Jackie, who, according to the main eyewitness, stood by in shock, received two life sentences.

Both convictions were reversed on appeal, Andrew’s on the basis of his tortured confession, Jackie’s on the grounds that his case should have been severed from his brother’s and tried separately. In 1988, Andrew was again convicted of both murders, and this time received two life sentences, while Jackie was retried in 1989.
Jackie Wilson’s retrial not only featured his confession, where he falsely admitted to encouraging his brother to shoot the second officer, but also a jailhouse snitch of international infamy, William Coleman, a British national who, under the control of prosecutor Nick Trutenko, and in exchange for a deal that included dismissal of a six to 30 year trafficking of cocaine charge, spun a yarn about Jackie confessing to him in the Cook County Jail library. This time, Jackie was convicted of murdering the second officer only, and was again sentenced to life.
Jackie Wilson remained in prison for decades until, in 2015, the Illinois Torture and Relief Commission, which was established to review Burge related torture allegations, referred Wilson’s case back to the Cook County criminal court for a new hearing on his torture allegations. This hearing took place in late 2017 and early 2018, with the State represented by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP). At the taxpayers’ expense and at the urging of the Fraternal Order of Police, the OSP blindly defended against a wealth of accumulated torture evidence, but Judge Hooks, in a 119-page decision, found the allegations of torture credible, granted Wilson a new trial, and suppressed his confession. The Judge also granted Wilson a recognizance bond, and he was released in June of 2018 after spending more than 36 years behind bars.
“Judge Hooks the allegations of torture credible.”
Undeterred, the OSP appealed, but the Illinois Appellate Court affirmed and sent the case back to Hooks. The OSP, now stripped of the false confession, continued their FOP-inspired crusade, this time building their prosecution around the bought, manufactured, and completely discredited testimony of William Coleman.
The trial was set for early May 2020 and Wilson’s lawyers filed five motions in limine and a motion under the Illinois Jailhouse Informant Statute for a hearing on whether Coleman was sufficiently credible to testify. The OSP responded by saying that they could not locate Coleman and that he was most likely “out of the country.” Producing nothing about his post 1989 history or whereabouts, they moved that he be excused from appearing at the hearing and that he be declared “unavailable” so that they could introduce his 1989 testimony.
Then the pandemic hit with full force, and all proceedings were delayed until July, when the motions were argued via Zoom in several lengthy proceedings. The Coleman motion was argued, with the OSP contending that, despite a “tremendous effort,” they had not found Coleman and, despite a known record of dishonesty, fraud and violence that spanned, from 1964 to 1989 and several continents, they intended to introduce his prior testimony at trial. The judge repeatedly admonished the OSP prosecutors about their ethical obligations concerning the Coleman evidence, but, without further comment, ultimately denied Wilson’s motion to bar Coleman.
“The OSP built their prosecution around the bought, manufactured, and completely discredited testimony of William Coleman.”
The trial then began in late September with the evidence of 13 of the OSP’s 20 witnesses, including the only two eyewitnesses, being declared unavailable, permitting the prosecutors to then read their 1989 testimony into the record. The first eyewitness, Tyrone Sims, had testified in 1983 that Jackie had stood by in shock during the shooting, but had backed off from that testimony in 1989 after ASA Trutenko had coached him. After the OSP read the prior testimony of the second ‘unavailable” eyewitness, DeWayne Hardin, who said in 1989 that Jackie Wilson had left the scene smiling, the defense called him live via Zoom to dramatically recant that testimony, saying that he had been browbeaten by Trutenko and tortured by a Burge henchman to lie on Jackie at the 1989 trial.
The OSP then read Coleman’s 1989 direct examination testimony into the record. The Judge, as a compromise, had permitted the testimony, but gave the defense wide latitude in offering all manner of evidence of Coleman’s lack of credibility, reputation for dishonesty, racism, and violence. Not only was Coleman’s cross examination at the 1989 trial read into the record by the defense, but other subsequent impeaching testimony that Coleman gave on Burge’s behalf during Andrew Wilson’s civil damages trial later in 1989 was also read, and 15 Exhibits demonstrating Coleman’s record for international mendacity were also admitted into evidence. In what may have been a first in legal jurisprudence, the Judge, sensitive to the defense’s arguments that Wilson’s due process right to confrontation was being trampled, also allowed defense counsel to pose questions to the absent witness (played by another of Wilson’s lawyers) that he would have asked if the witness were on the stand. After two days of Coleman, the Judge cried “no mas,” saying that the defense was not only kicking a dead horse, but also had kicked it into the ditch and was continuing to kick it.
“The Judge allowed defense counsel to pose questions to the absent witness.”
As one of their last witnesses, the OSP inexplicably called former Deputy Chief prosecutor Bill Kunkle to the stand. After twice prosecuting the Wilsons, Kunkle had gone on to represent Burge in Andrew Wilson’s civil torture case and had used Coleman as a snitch witness against Andrew a few months after he had testified against Jackie. Kunkle admitted that Coleman was a con man, that Coleman had contacted him from England several years after his 1989 testimony and had attempted to extort him, perhaps for as much as $50,000, so that he would not “flip.”  He also admitted that Trutenko had tendered Coleman to him in 1989, and that Trutenko had gone to England in early 1992 as an emissary to talk to Coleman.
After the Judge, reluctantly it seemed, denied the defense motion for a directed finding of acquittal, Wilson’s lawyers put on their defense. It featured Coleman’s former wife Sheila and his now adult son Emile, both of whom, via Zoom from England, told harrowing tales of Coleman’s deceit, domestic violence, hatred of Black people, and possible connection to the British Special Branch as a low level informant.  Award winning journalist turned investigator John Conroy, who had been retained by the defense to uncover new information about Coleman and, if possible, to find Coleman himself, told of first watching Coleman in action in 1989 when he covered the Andrew Wilson civil trial for the Chicago Reader, and recounted his exhaustive search that included finding Sheila and Emile and numerous other relatives and associates. When asked on cross examination whether Coleman was alive or dead, Conroy responded that although no one he talked to had heard from Coleman for more than 20 years, one family member said he had been thought dead in the past, only to appear again.
“Kunkle admitted that Coleman was a con man.”
The defense’s last witness was Nick Trutenko. Prior to his testimony, the State’s Attorneys’ Office had been remarkably resistant to producing Trutenko’s personnel file, and had professed to have no information about Coleman. The Judge had ordered the file produced, and the defense first examined Trutenko about a recent incident of prosecutorial misconduct revealed in the file -- his threatening of a Black woman who refused to testify before the grand jury.  Next the defense had a surprise -- Conroy had discovered that during his 1992 trip to England, Trutenko had stood as godfather for one of Coleman’s infant daughters. When confronted with the baptismal certificate, Trutenko embraced Coleman, whom he referred to as “Billy,” as a changed man, with whom he had formed a trans-Atlantic post-trial “bond.” When pressed about when he last spoke with Coleman, Trutenko shocked the courtroom, saying that he had received an email from “Billy” only days before. When asked about whether he had discussed Coleman with the OSP prosecutors, he denied doing so.
The Court then took a short recess to contemplate what had just occurred. Trutenko, who was still under examination, fled the courthouse, together with two Assistant State’s Attorneys, one of whom was representing his interests, the other who was representing the State’s Attorneys’ Office. When the Judge reconvened the proceedings minutes later, the OSP dropped another bombshell -- they were dismissing the case with prejudice because Trutenko had committed perjury on the stand when he denied that he had talked to the OSP about Coleman.
“Trutenko fled the courthouse, together with two Assistant State’s Attorneys.”
The Court then ordered that Trutenko preserve all emails and other electronic communications, and invited the defense to file a fees petition as a sanction for an eight day trial that he characterized as a “waste of time” and a colossal waste of taxpayers’ money. He ordered the OSP to reveal their billing records, which documented that they have billed $730,000 for their work on the case through September, and have received over $560,000 to date.
At a hearing the next day, the OSP lawyers represented that Trutenko’s lawyers had told them not to ask Trutenko about his post 1989 relationship with Coleman because it was “weird,” and subsequently the State’s Attorneys’ Office revealed that Trutenko had “reset” his cellphone directly after his testimony and that the Illinois Attorney General had opened a criminal investigation. Unfortunately, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office has again, post-trial, aligned itself with Trutenko in a unified attempt to suppress the email that Coleman sent to Trutenko just prior to Trutenko’s testimony.
While the dismissal of the charges with prejudice was an important victory in a notorious wrongful conviction case that arose from the Chicago police torture scandal, it came just before what the defense was all but certain was going to be a not guilty verdict. In pursuit of that result, the defense has filed a petition for a certificate of innocence. Additionally, they have filed a motion for monetary sanctions against the Office of the Special Prosecutor and the Cook County State’s Attorneys’ Office for a pattern of prosecutorial misconduct in the Jackie Wilson case that has spanned nearly 40 years and centers around Trutenko and Coleman. The motions will be argued in December.
Flint Taylor is an American human rights and civil rights attorney from the People’s Law Office which is based in Chicago, Illinois, who has litigated many high-profile police violence, government misconduct and death penalty cases. He was one of the trial attorneys in the Jackie Wilson case. His recent book, The Torture Machine, (Haymarket, 2019) documents the history of police assassination and torture in Chicago.

Citizen's Petition to the FDA asking it to revoke all Covid vaccine authorizations

The document is quite long, but has several dozen important nuggets of information about the Covid vaccines, and improper actions FDA has taken, especially with regard to meeting the standards for an EUA.
I am finding it hard to write about a document that means a lot to me.  It may provide a stepping stone to clarity about many issues around Covid, as well as the vaccines, the falsehoods that have been promulgated by federal agencies, and it may save us from the tyranny of forced injections containing what Moderna's Chief Medical Officer Tal Zaks called, "the software of life."
The FDA is obliged to respond to all the points we have made.
Below is a Defender article about the Petition.  And here is the Petition itself.  You must first download it before you can read it.  On the same page, there is a blue button for comments.  We hope to garner as many comments as possible.  The number (and quality) of comments can make a huge difference in terms of the actions FDA takes.  Please, at least give the document a glance.
Amid growing safety concerns, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Dr. Meryl Nass, on behalf of Children’s Health Defense (CHD), filed a Citizen Petition with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asking the agency to immediately revoke the Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for COVID vaccines and to refrain from licensing them.j

Persistent FBI Nemesis Paralegal Fights to Shed Light on Kennedy Assassination

Angela Clemente, a New Jersey paralegal who has dedicated much of her career to investigating government corruption, filed suit against the FBI this week for failing to comply with her FIA request for the classified file of Gregory Scarpa Sr., a man who may be tied to the assassination of President Kennedy. Clemente officially requested Scarpa’s file in April, the FBI confirmed in June that the documents would be located and sent to her. Clemente never heard back. Federal law states that one can file suit if the information requested under the Freedom of Information Act is still unavailable 20 days after receipt of the confirmation letter. And thats just what she did.
The withheld file of Gregory Scarpa, a mobster who worked as an informant for the FBI and had ties to the Kennedy assassination suspect Carlos Marcello, the “Godfather” of New Orleans, has been requested in the past. A Congressional investigation led by G. Robert Blakey, now a law professor at Notre Dame, had also indicated that the FBI was less than forthcoming with information about both Marcello and Scarpa. Today, Blakey lauds the efforts of Ms. Clemente, questioning why the FBI documents used in his investigation in the 1970s were so heavily redacted and expressing frustration with the FBI’s secrecy.
For several years, Angela Clemente worked on a case tackling corruption and informants for the Brooklyn D.A., which required her to conduct an in depth investigation of Scarpa’s relationship with a former FBI

New York FBI: In Bed With Mob & CIA

Exclusive Report by Sander Hicks

Published by The New York Megaphone, debut issue, June/July 2006

On June 16th, 2006, citizen researcher Angela Clemente was found knocked out and strangled to within an inch of her life in Brooklyn. Her independent research had led to the March 30th indictment of Lindley DeVecchio, a Mob/FBI scandal that is the New York FBI’s biggest ever. DeVecchio, a retired FBI agent, was accused of four murders, rubbing out the opponents of Mafia don Greg Scarpa, Sr. To date, The New York Post has done a commendable job on the story, while The New York Times has all but ignored it.

Why?

Perhaps because there’s more to this scandal than one man gone bad. This story has connections to the defining events of our times: the 9/11 attacks, and their often-ignored predecessor, the ’93 World Trade Center bombing. It turns out DeVecchio is a part of a network that goes all the way back to Iran/Contra.

When a decorated FBI agent, Richard Taus, working under DeVecchio, started to expose this network, Taus ended up in jail. He’s been there since 1991.

“It’s been a 16 year nightmare,” Taus’s son David told The Megaphone in the harsh noonday sun outside the New York State Appellate courthouse. The date was May 9, 2005. The family had spent $300,000 on lawyers, trying to get dad out of jail. They just had their first appeal in a long while. But the judges themselves had made hostile statements.

Richard Taus was a top investigator in the New York FBI’s Counter-intelligence Division. In 1991, he was sentenced to a record-breaking 32 to 90 years for questionable charges of pedophilia. Supporters claim he was railroaded for doggedly investigating a CIA-linked operation involved in narcotics, Iran/Contra, and the Mafia. Angela Clemente visited Taus in prison, as part of her DeVecchio research.

The retired, Mafia-linked, ex-CIA asset George Hebert admits to The Megaphone that there is more to the Richard Taus story than meets the eye: “[Taus] was playing around and wasn’t listening to the right people. They had their own agenda. Once Taus got locked up, I stayed away. You have to understand, these people play for keeps.”

For 20 years, the Richard Taus story has remained underground, too weird for New York newspapers.

Until now.

DeVecchio: Worked for the Mob and the CIA

Lin DeVecchio allegedly helped have 18-year old Patrick Porco shot, when Porco witnessed a murder by Scarpa’s stepson. When girlfriend-to-the-mob, Mary Bari, turned FBI informant, it was DeVecchio who helped have her slain in a bar. The list goes on. It’s the mob connection that has captivated the media’s attention, at least thus far.

But there’s more to the story. According to The New York Post, DeVecchio was also the guy the CIA called in 1983 when they needed someone to go undercover to wiretap a rogue CIA asset making death threats in prison. The year 1983 is significant: at that time DeVecchio was Richard Taus’ supervisor at the FBI. DeVecchio interfered with Taus’ investigation of CIA/mob/narcotics and weapons trading on Long Island. But Taus kept digging, and in exchange, had his life ruined.

Ten years later, Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes indicted DeVecchio, tipped off by Angela Clemente, and journalist/author Peter Lance.

DeVecchio is cited 12 times in Richard Taus’ recent jailhouse memoir, FBI, CIA, the Mob and Treachery. A helicopter pilot in Vietnam, Taus was shot down nine times. Surviving the crashes implanted a sense of

The Strangest FBI 302 of All Time: A Look Into How Weird the FBI Really Is. Whitey: The Joe Berlinger Film:

https://irp.fas.org/agency/doj/oig/fbilab1/22retali.htm

: WHITEHURST'S ALLEGATIONS OF RETALIATION
I. Introduction
Whitehurst claims that he has been the victim of retaliation because he expressed concerns about the FBI Laboratory to the FBI and others. He offers several examples of alleged retaliation and the retaliatory atmosphere within the FBI.
Whitehurst claims that the FBI retaliated against him in 1990 by suspending him for one week and placing him on six months' probation because he accused Terry Rudolph of misconduct in the Psinakis case. Whitehurst further alleges that the FBI retaliated against him and his wife, Cheryl Whitehurst, in 1992 by ignoring their allegations of computer software theft within the Criminal Investigative Division and by failing to punish an FBI employee who assaulted Cheryl Whitehurst. According to Whitehurst, the retaliation continued into 1993, when the FBI management ordered him to undergo psychiatric examination and later to participate in psychotherapy. Whitehurst also charges that in 1993, the FBI retaliated against him by opening an investigation into his alleged disclosure of confidential information to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
As further examples of retaliatory conduct, Whitehurst alleges that the FBI compiled and released derogatory information about him as Henthorn material in the 1993 World Trade Center trial and the 1995 Simpson trial. Whitehurst further alleges that in mid-1994, the FBI retaliated against him by transferring him from the explo

Israeli TV: Vaccine offers virtually no protection from infection; it may prevent more serious disease

In the Israeli TV news report below, the ugly truth comes out: The Vax'd can get and spread  COVID to others JUST AS BADLY AS UN-VAXXED. And the reporter asks why are we not checking the vaccinated for infection when we know they are just as likely to be infected and just as likely to spread the infection, maybe even more so, than the unvaccinated.
It seems to be a big experiment:  will the vaccines put enough pressure on the virus to generate escape mutants that are vaccine resistant? (There is some evidence this has happened with the Mu variant.)
Will recipients of more doses have more side effects, as would be expected?
Will Americans have to get their top-up vaccinations or monoclonal antibodies the way we change the oil in our cars?

It's clear it came from a lab. The only question is whether it was a leak or an intentional release. New DRASTIC document release.

I have been remiss by not reporting much on the significant leak of data that was shared with the DRASTIC team, and written about elsewhere.  I just didn't (and don't) have time to review a lot of it, but it is very important material.
Here is a link to the collection:
https://drasticresearch.org/2021/09/21/ ... documents/
Below is a link to an unfunded proposal to DARPA by EcoHealth Alliance.  Remember:
a) EHA and collaborators in 31 countries are the prime collectors of dangerous viruses, sharing them with "Biodefense" organizations in an unknown number of countries,
b) they are a $ pass-through organization to give Fauci etc. cover when he wants to fund research he should not be funding at WIV and elsewhere, and
c) they masquerade as an ecology charity.
https://drasticresearch.files.wordpress ... liance.pdf
Important new pieces of information are the deliberate, explicit creation of human pathogens via passage in humanized mice; the idea of spraying a "vaccine" into bats; and the clear performance of GOF research, which did not go through the GOF committee at HHS and is arguably banned by the Biological Weapons Convention.

CDC urges Covid-19 vaccination in pregnancy; FDA wants infants to be jabbed

If you did not know that CDC is a criminal agency by now, this ought to get you going.  Remember, Covid vaccines are associated with high rates of miscarriages. Thank goodness most women have too much sense to follow these recommendations for vaccines that have not been approved in pregnancy and are very dangerous.
https://emergency.cdc.gov/han/2021/han00453.asp

Low Covid-19 vaccination rates among pregnant people have sparked an urgent CDC health advisory targeting people who are now pregnant, trying to become pregnant, and breastfeeding. Covid-19 doubles the risk of ICU admission and increases the risk of death by 70% while also elevating the chances of preterm birth, stillbirth, and NICU admission for newborns. According to CDC data, 31% of pregnant people have been vaccinated against Covid-19. Rates vary by race and ethnicity: They are highest among Asian people (46%), lower among Hispanic or Latino people (25%), and lowest among Black people (16%). Through Sept. 27, there were more than 125,000 confirmed Covid-19 cases in pregnant people, including more than 22,000 hospitalizations and 161 deaths.
And let's not forget FDA.  In August, FDA wrrote to BioNTech regarding testing of its Covid vaccine in babies, and is having Pfizer conduct a trial in babies under 6 months old.  The trial for kids 6 months to 12 years had its final protocol submitted to FDA by Feb. 8, 2021 and the final protocol for babies under 6 months must be submitted by January 31, 2022.  FDA has required Pfizer to conduct these studies.  Whose babies will be targeted?

YouTube Bans All ‘Harmful Vaccine Content’ From Its Platform

YouTube Bans All ‘Harmful Vaccine Content’ From Its Platform
BY JACK PHILLIPS
 September 29, 2021 Updated: September 29, 2021
Google-owned YouTube said on Sept. 29 that it will ban all “harmful vaccine content” from its platform, including claims that vaccines are ineffective at reducing transmission of disease, prompting concerns that the firm will escalate censorship of dissenting viewpoints.
“We’ve steadily seen false claims about the coronavirus vaccines spill over into misinformation about vaccines in general, and we’re now at a point where it’s more important than ever to expand the work we started with COVID-19 to other vaccines,” YouTube wrote in a blog post.
So far, the Bay Area-based company said it has removed 130,000 videos for violating its policies that it claims were created in tandem with various “experts” to deal with alleged “COVID-19 and medical misinformation.”
Now, videos that allege “approved vaccines are dangerous and cause chronic health effects, claims that vaccines do not reduce transmission or contraction of disease, or contains misinformation on the substances contained in vaccines,” YouTube stated on its blog, saying that its policy will now apply to content that questions the efficacy of all vaccines, not just COVID-19 ones.
“These policy changes will go into effect today, and as with any significant update, it will take time for our systems to fully ramp up enforcement,” the company also wrote, adding: “Personal testimonials relating to vaccines will also be allowed, so long as the video doesn’t violate other Community Guidelines, or the channel doesn’t show a pattern of promoting vaccine hesitancy.”

A spokesperson for the company confirmed to news outlets that accounts operated by Joseph Mercola and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who have frequently raised questions about vaccines over the years, were banned from the platform.
Russian state-backed broadcaster RT’s German-language channels were also deleted from YouTube, the broadcaster announced. YouTube told Reuters that the channels violated its COVID-19 policies, while Russian officials threatened to block YouTube.
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said the YouTube ban on RT’s channel may have broken Russian law.
“In fact, it has been broken very brazenly,” he told reporters on Sept. 29. “Because of this, it is a case of censorship, and of obstructing the dissemination of information by the media, and so on.”

Five Local Law Enforcement Professionals Graduate FBI National Academy
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Sacramento Field Office congratulates five local law enforcement professionals on their graduation from FBI National Academy Class #281. Each of the following graduates represents a law enforcement agency based within the 34-county region the FBI Sacramento Field Office serves:
* Director Guillermo Viera Rosa, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation
* Lieutenant Kevin Smith, Stockton Police Department
* Lieutenant Michael Green, UC Davis Police Department
* Lieutenant Roman Murrietta, Sacramento Police Department
* Captain Stacy Barr, California Highway Patrol.
The FBI National Academy welcomes approximately 220 law enforcement professionals to the FBI training facility in Quantico, Virginia, annually. Students represent local, county, tribal, state, military, and federal law enforcement agencies from the United States and more than 150 partner nations. Courses during the rigorous, 10-week program include intelligence theory, terrorism and terrorist mindsets, management science, law, behavioral science, law enforcement communication, and forensic science. Students and their respective law enforcement agencies receive tuition, books, equipment, meals, lodging, and travel to and from the training facility at no cost.
Since its founding in 1935, more than 52,700 law enforcement professionals graduated the FBI National Academy. The program originally launched as the “FBI Police Training School” in response to the 1930 Wickersham Commission report recommending standardization and professionalization of law enforcement in the United States though centralized training. At the time, courses included scientific aids in crime detection, preparation of reports, and criminal investigation techniques as well as administration and organization.

The FBI & the Father of FOIA
Published by Patrick G. Eddington at March 16, 2022

I suppose it’s only appropriate that as we celebrate another Sunshine Week that I take a moment to talk about the originator of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the late Representative John Moss (D-CA). It’s particularly apropos in this case, as just this week the FBI released just over 60 pages of previously unreleased material on Moss via a Cato Institute FOIA filed in June 2019. The material covers the period from August 1957 to May 1978. Two of the FBI memos–one dated August 27, 1957, the other February 14, 1963–illustrate why Moss fought so hard to get FOIA passed by Congress.
The August 1957 FBI report describes Moss requesting a report that had been classified SECRET by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), despite the fact that it dealt with taxpayer funded trips around the country for Border Patrol agents to engage in rifle and pistol matches under the rubric of “emergency war planning.” Moss persisted in his request until INS shared the clearly improperly classified report with the relevant Congressional committees.
The February 1963 FBI memo details a request by Moss, then chairman of the House Special Government Information Subcommittee, for the wartime records of the Office of Censorship. In this case, Moss had an ally in the National Archives, which argued that the records–which at that time required Presidential approval to be released–should be made available to Moss. The records included, among other things, “voluminous microfilm records of actual postal intercepts.”
It was battles like these and others with Executive branch agencies and departments that happened between 1954 and 1965 that motivated Moss to introduce the FOIA legislation in the first place. But the intransigence of those agencies and departments has never gone away. The FOIA has been amended multiple times since it went into effect in 1966, more often than not in order to try to prevent Executive branch components from subverting the law through interminable delays, unjustified redactions on a regular basis, or the frequent invocation of other statutes that allow an FBI, CIA, or NSA to withhold information that should absolutely be released.
Just over a year ago, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) released a report on those so-called FOIA exemption (b)(3) statutes and how often they are invoked. I’ll let the GAO’s executive summary paragraphs speak for themselves:
“In fiscal years 2010 through 2019, federal agencies claimed a total of 256 statutes as the basis for withholding requested information using Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemptions known as (b)(3) exemptions. During this time, 91 agencies reported withholding information using at least one of the 256 statutes a total of more than 525,000 times. The most-commonly used statute related to withholding records pertaining to the issuance or refusal of visas to enter the United States (8 U.S.C. § 1202(f)).
“Agencies’ use of (b)(3) exemptions more than doubled from fiscal year 2012 to fiscal year 2019 while the number of FOIA requests processed increased 32 percent. At the same time, full denials of requests based on a statutory exemption increased by 10 percent and partial denials, when an agency provided the requester with some, but not all, of the information requested, increased by 76 percent.”
Among the top offenders: DHS, CIA, and DoD–specifically NSA. Indeed, I’ve had direct experience dealing the NSA’s misuse of its own (b)(3) statute, which I’ve described as a de facto criminality shield.
This week, the Biden administration took a small step in the direction of promoting greater compliance with FOIA.
On March 15, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memo to the heads of all Executive branch agencies and departments directing them to “apply a presumption of openness in administering the FOIA and make clear that the Justice Department will not defend nondisclosure decisions that fail to do so” and that agencies cannot “withhold information based merely on speculative or abstract fears or fears of embarrassment.”
But there’s far less to Garland’s memo than meets the eye. It’s one thing to say the Department won’t defend bad FOIA decisions by agencies and departments. But it’s another thing to take action to deter such misconduct in the first place, or punish it once it’s exposed.
Garland included no language threatening to investigate and prosecute federal officials who misuse FOIA to conceal waste, fraud, abuse, mismanagement, misconduct, or criminal acts. Without that threat, I expect the CIA, NSA, FBI, DHS and other security-related agencies to continue to improperly classify and withhold records from the public.
Garland should also have instructed Justice Department attorneys currently defending FOIA denial decisions by federal agencies and departments to re-examine the validity of agency and department claims on the need for denials, and to mandate far higher production rates for records deemed releasable. Playing legal guerilla warfare in federal court to try to prevent disclosure of data has become an entirely too common tactic employed by Executive branch components. It needs to end.
The memo Garland issued will only be valid for as long as the current Administration is in power. What’s needed is a fundamental overhaul of FOIA that eliminates or sharply narrows existing exemptions and that makes it a federal felony for any official to misuse the classification system or administrative control caveats to conceal government wrongdoing or failures. If he were alive today, I’m certain John Moss would be appalled and outraged at how Executive branch elements have continued to try to thwart citizen-driven government transparency efforts. The best way we can honor his legacy is to pursue his objectives with the same passion and fierceness he did in life.

A month after The Finders were busted in Feb 1987 a child trafficking ring in Belgium using UNICEF HQ as a child porn studio were busted as well. They'd had a whole system setup on the UNICEF computers. Was international in scope. First arrests were made in March 1987, follow up arrest of UNICEF head in Belgium then in June which is when story broke into news.
https://www.nytimes.com/1987/06/25/worl ... -unit.html
CHILD SEX SCANDAL ROILS UNICEF UNIT
The head of the United Nations Children's Fund in Belgium resigned today after the disclosure of a child pornography case linked to the Belgian branch of the organization.
A spokesman at Unicef headquarters in Geneva said the head of the organization's Belgian committee, Gilbert Jaeger, had resigned ''to show how angry he is about what has happened in his organization.''
In a statement issued in Geneva, Unicef said it is ''deeply shocked'' by the scandal, which has led to 14 arrests in Belgium and others in Switzerland, France and Britain.
VUnicef said it was investigating charges that the Belgian committee was linked to an organization producing pornographic photographs of children and distributing them throughout Europe.

Unicef's mission is to help and protect the world's children. Like many other United Nations bodies, it has independent volunteer committees in all Western industrial countries to raise money for its activities - in Unicef's case, largely through the sale of holiday greeting cards. 'The First to Suffer'

The Unicef statement noted that the organization spent $400 million last year on projects promoting the health, nutrition and education of children in developing countries. It is currently drafting an international convention for the protection of children's rights, to be submitted later this year to the General Assembly in New York.

''The first to suffer from the discredit which would unjustly fall on this organization as a result of this affair would evidently be the children of the third world,'' Unicef warned in the statement.

The scandal erupted last week, when the Belgian police arrested Jos Verbeek, 63 years old, the director of Unicef's Belgian committee, and charged him with inciting minors to debauchery.

The arrest followed the discovery of a secret photographic studio in the basement of the Brussels building where the committee's offices are housed. The studio was used to take pornographic photographs of children, many of whom were of North African origin, the police said. #1,000 Photos Seized The police said more than 1,000 such photographs were seized, along with a mailing list of some 400 names in 15 European countries that had been prepared on the Unicef office computer.

Similar photographs found in several other European countries appear to have been taken in the Unicef office in Brussels, according to investigators.

Among those arrested was another Unicef employee, Michel Felu, 45, who the police say organized evening computer classes for children in the organization's offices. These children were then sometimes made to pose for pornographic photographs, the police said.

In August 2007, Virgil Griffith, a Caltech computation and neural-systems graduate student, created WikiScanner, a searchable database that linked changes made by anonymous Wikipedia editors to companies and organizations from which the changes were made. The database cross-referenced logs of Wikipedia edits with publicly available records pertaining to the Internet IP addresses edits were made from.[78] Griffith was motivated by the edits from the United States Congress,[79][80][81][82] and wanted to see if others were similarly promoting themselves. The tool was designed to detect conflict of interest edits.[83] Among his findings were that FBI computers were used to edit the FBI article on Wikipedia.[84] Although the edits correlated with known FBI IP addresses, there was no evidence that the changes actually came from a member or employee of the FBI, only that someone who had access to their network had edited the FBI article on Wikipedia.[80] Wikipedia spokespersons received Griffith's "WikiScanner" positively, noting that it helped prevent conflicts of interest from influencing articles[84] as well as increasing transparency[80] and mitigating attempts to remove or distort relevant facts.[85

Titicut Follies is considered by many to be one of the greatest documentaries ever made.
Its brutal, raw, unscripted and hard to watch.
It lacks coherency due to its length, it really should have been a mini series as the subjects and matter is complex and worthy of exploration and further.
Frederick Wiseman’s documentary on Massachusetts’s Bridgewater State Prison for the Criminally Insane may be the most horrifying and upsetting of all, as it is all entirely real. His camera wanders the cells, corridors, surgeries, and grounds and often simply observes, occasionally allowing for interviews. It is an enthralling and appalling deep dive into both the minds, illnesses, and acts of the people incarcerated there and those of the staff, institutions, and wider society who felt this environment was a suitable place for human beings.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts had the film banned outright, and it could only be legally shown to audiences composed of students and medical or legal practitioners until as late as 1992. The reason given was an “invasion of privacy” to those being filmed. However, many believed that the appalling scenes depicted and their reflection on the state’s provision were the primary motive.

The WHO and its old bag of tricks/Zahra Sethna
We never learned after the WHO pulled the trigger on a mild flu season in 2009

This week, as the world marks four years since the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus a global pandemic, we look back at a pattern that should have been heeded years ago.
[Not only did WHO change its definition of a level 6 pandemic to oblige Pharma so it could sell tens of billions of vaccine doses in 2009. WHO officials quickly dismiss these allegations as "conspiracies." Later, investigations reveal that key scientists who advised on pandemic planning had deep conflicts of interest with

Detailed confession filed in S.L. about Oklahoma City plot

The most shocking allegation in the 19-page signed declaration is Nichols' assertion that the whole bombing plot was an FBI operation and that McVeigh let slip during a bout of anger that he was taking instruction from former FBI official Larry Potts.
