Bunyip's are imaginary monsters invented to scare indigenous Australian kids away from "Taboo" areas.

Although in some cases there might be real monstrous things in some of the areas.

Be they 25 foot long crocs or 200lb 9 foot long Murray Cod, or powerful spirits.
