This Made me Think of You

Postby Project Willow » Fri Dec 24, 2010 6:32 pm

Occasionally I'll be tooling round the 'net and will come upon something that reminds me of someone here or elsewhere. Most of the time it doesn't deserve its own thread so, here we go.

I'm fully aware this idea could also be used for insults and triangulation but could that wait until after the holi-days? Well, except for 'cuda who would make it really funny.

Anyway, this made me think of Norton:

Oh, for Pete's sake, they've disabled the embedding. I saw one on some program that was able to retrieve quite a few toys by name no matter where they were in the house, but it was no where close to 1,000. That's one remarkable dog!

I found another one here; don't know if it's the same or not.

Here's the other one, Betsey, who knows over 300 words.

I didn't want to jinx it by embedding.

Aw, thanks for thinking of me, PW... too bad about the embed. The irony is that my own border collie is getting quite deaf, so I don't talk to him as much, it's more clapping and non-verbal these days. He was good, but the dogs with the largest vocabularies I've ever known were a dachshund and a German Shepherd.
