Thanks, I hadn't seen that. Impressively comprehensive. I was sure Captain Canuck would have been missed, but there he was. I was an early subscriber, and I remember receiving Mormon tracts with my issues.

The Methodists get Superman and Supergirl. It's not hard to work out who'd be the last team standing in a fight.

How the hell is an extraterrestrial any kind of Christian? Clark Kent may be a Methodist but Superman is a Kryptonian.
