I just realized today that Sweet Tooth is our old pal Jerky La Bouef.

He's a guy named Jeff Reynolds. He joined under that name but he uses other handles on other boards (frequently "Socrates") until he's banned. (From at least five boards, including Democratic Undergound and Progressive Independent.) His name was mentioned on the board, and et and Joe Hillshoist immediately expected he would turn up after googling his name (a habit of his), and they anticipated disruption and warned me. He promptly joined I declined to authorize his membership.

et and Joe have history with him on Chemtrail Central. He's a debunker, but he takes a position of a true believer, and draws discussions towards more outrageous and discrediting viewpoints.

Yesterday et had deepening suspicions that Couldbe was Reynolds, and asked me for permission to turn up the heat to try to draw him out, and it worked.

FWIW, he has his own board where a lot of his sock puppets have it out, badmouthing Tinoire, myself and others.

Wow, I could swear that I saw his name as a new member, making a couple of comments. I caught the bit of discussion that seemed to indicate that he'd been banned, so wondered who he was.

Used to be; not any more. Maybe that's what happened. (Or maybe he's been here more than once under that name.)

If he was an archvillain, he'd be called The Sockpuppet.

Ok, when I click on Couldbe's IP, I see he has 25 posts as "guest" in addition to other IP's, and when I click on "search" for just those 25 guest posts, I get this:
