FYI, I've just approved this new member. Bringing it to your attention because his IP resolves to the Greater Manchester Police Department (on the heels of my call to them re Harvey). Could be just a bloke who finds this an interesting place. (Police departments have all sorts.) But in the event this member acts provocatively, that's the backstory.
