CNN's hoax on America : Gulf War I footage, pretty fakey

I watched this youtube below and was amazed at how transparent this bit of media manipulation was from Gulf War I.

One only has to WATCH THIS to understand. THIS IS REAL FOOTAGE, REAL PROOF of how the media can fool the population.
THIS IS A MUST SEE, A MUST DOWNLOAD AND A MUST SPREAD!!!!!!!! THIS WAS NOT A BAD COMEDY SHOW THIS WAS CNN 17 YEARS AGO Google Charles Jaco! Now, the typical idiotic reaction applied on this: "Why would they fake it? Wouldn't be easier to make real news on real places instead of faking them?"

Now in the comments people say it was filmed at a hotel, and not the studio as the uploader suggests. Even if so, the scene with Jaco putting on his gasmask is comedic, and the body language of the two talking heads does not really suggest any danger, to me, at least.
