The Income Tax is unconstitutional: Prove me wrong

First, please allow me to address the standard reactionary responses I get:

Blindly paying your taxes is not Patriotic.

Paying your fair share can only be done by knowing what the law requires. For most people your fair share is 0.

True patriotism means knowing the law. Knowing the law means reading the law, not listening to a CPA or even the IRS. Especially the IRS!

According the the Grace Commission report of 1984 NO revenue collected by the IRS goes to "tax payer services", $600 toilet seats, military spending or Federal paychecks.

The premise: The Income Tax is the largest financial fraud and conspiracy in human history. It's right there in the (convoluted) law books, hidden in plain sight. This is already exhaustively researched, lawsuits have been won and the word is spreading. The Income Tax as you know it is a fraud. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution prohibits Direct Taxation without equal Apportionment. That alone proves the point, but there is so much more to it.

This board is about Rigorous Intution, yes? Will you then rigorously investigate www.861.info and begin a discussion with me?

Edited by: Fogyreef at: 9/27/05 3:16 pm

I've tried to educate friends and family about the illegality of income tax, but they're justifiably terrified of the IRS.

Jurors need to stop convicting "tax evaders", isn't that how Prohibition was stopped?

The way things stand right now, if you don't pay and can't afford to defend yourself in court, you'll lose everything and everyone knows it. And people are sitting in jail for rebelling.

I agree with what you're saying here, but I know if I don't pay what their forms say to pay or if I don't file when they say to do it, within months, I'll have a lien on my house with never ending interest accrueing on it that will make it impossible to redeem if I don't pay them immediately. They'll auction off anything else I have for pennies on the dollar and I'll still owe them money when they're done. Even if I try to file for bankrupcy, many times taxes are not wiped out in that procedure.

So what to do about it?

It is a terrible injustice, but I can't see any solution, unless some very brave souls risk it and some have. I'm not that brave yet.

The evolution of this country has been steered down a path where taxes are inevitable, it's the way the system has been twisted and formed. It's so ingrained now, how could it be changed? The flat tax sounds good on the surface, but I think it is an excuse to rewrite tax law in order to create a law that can't be disputed like the current ones can. They can clean up their mistake on this one, chain us to debt and it will be totally enforceable once a new tax act is in place. They won't make that mistake again.

Income Taxes are 'illegal'

Postby Starman » Mon Sep 26, 2005 7:28 pm

Uhm ... But then, so is torture, insider trading, treason, renditions, war crimes, crimes against the state, crime against peace, unjustified wars based on lies, economoic monopolies, fraud, graft, obstructing justice, price-fixing, racketeering, drug-smuggling, money-laundering, theft, false documents, unregulated arms-dealing, bribery, protection rackets, false-flag terrorism, extortion, assassination, criminal coverup -- and thousands of 'other' crimes varying in statutes and criminal code and jurisdiction, that are contrary to the public interest but which have become institutionalized and in which the largest criminals are essentially protected thru the priveleges of wealth and power by way of a corrupted Judicial system.

Good GAWD-- The nation has been subverted by a series of administrative coup d'etats aided by election fraud, in which true Political Power is held and apportioned according to the defacto ruling class aka Corporatocracy -- The nation is being pillaged of trillions of dollars of actual wealth, securities and assets and property and future debt, the Federal Reserve is a massive Ponzai Scheme, the Constitution is being marginalized and trivialized and conditioned out of relevance, the middle class is being systematically eviscerated, the US is funding dozens of covert terrorist conflicts and several actual illegal wars, routinely committing war crimes and sanctioning enormous abuses, including developing biowarfare and nuclear weapons and the genocidal policies of Depleted Uranium and resource wars and etc. etc. etc.

Next to these other appalling crimes and horrors, the Income Tax scheme is JUST one of many other frauds and abuses of power --

Just another reason why we need a transformative Peace and Social Justice Revolution. Your thoughts on what people can do to hasten a progressive social reform movement will be appreciated. I don't think the nation, or the world, can stand too much more of the death-worshipping, exploitive, war-mongering business-as-usual 'leadership' that has led to the current crisis. Hopefully, the global war they are engineering can be averted -- or at least provide an opportunity to reinstitute a true representative democracy based on laws protecting the public interest, instead of exploiting it.
Starman

I've been to the first website you listed, but thanks for the reminder link. (and for the other link, I read there, too.)

You're preaching to the choir here. I'm just one of the ones going bwack bwack like the chicken I am. At least I admit it. I don't want to end up homeless or displaced. I'm too old for that kind of crap to be happening to me now.

However, this is a way of striking the root, there's no doubt about that. I wonder what the ratio of taxes collected at the site of purchase for things like gasoline, cigarettes, liquor rank in ratio to income tax revenue. That would tell you exactly how effective this would be in putting them out of business.

Right now, my priorities could be skewed.

People run around like chickens with their heads cut off, but unless everyone figures out what their hot button of interest is, no one gets anything done.

I've tried to focus on getting the Patriot Act junked. But none of my pleas have been heeded. That is my hot button for conspiracy theories and I don't think anyone even raises an eyebrow about anything negative being said about Homeland Security anymore. It's out of the closet and is no longer a conspiracy theory to the majority of people. They know now. They're weak in the eyes of the people. Kick 'em when they're down. (if it were only that easy)

What I want to know is, is why are American's having to surrender their real estate to the government when they owe taxes? It's sold for pennies on the dollar, there's nothing to govern them on what they do with it, and then stick you with a deficiency judgement later on. What a nice little opportunity for corruption. Have your buddy bid on a house and he makes money too, maybe even a little kickback for the politician in the process from his crony on the job.

I think the govenment is corrupt from the bottom up almost everywhere. If you watch who is passing resolutions against the Patriot Act and more importantly who isn't, I think that will show you very clearly who is NWO on even a local level. It's important to know their voting record if you want to approach them for a resolution. Though these mean nothing in themselves, it a form of protest on a government level and sends a message to the NWO.

Sorry, I got off track there.

No worries, pugzleyca3. There is much to get off track about.

And don't fret over your priority to protect you and yours first. Simply educate yourself and spread the word. DO NOT attempt to stop paying (yet) or otherwise upsetting your local apple cart. All we need now is public awareness, our lawyers and constitutional scholars and ex-IRS Criminal Investigative Agents are doing the fighting for us. But what we need are INFORMED JURISTS!!!!!!!!!

We all know the Jurors are the ultimate power in the courts. Once a jury finds for us and against the IRS in a COURT OF LAW, the crime comes to a screeching halt.

The government already knows it's coming. In twenty years they have FAILED to answer our simple question: Please show us the law that imposes an Income Tax on the average American. They CAN'T DO IT, or they would have shut us down decades ago!!

Please read my other post and ask specific questions there and I'll do my best to answer. But most important of all, share this information!! Tell those who freak out to do nothing but educate themselves. We're doing the rest.

www.givemeliberty.org

Learn some in depth topics supporting our claims here (under Education)

Well, one thing I can say about this particular hot button; it surely is something people WANT to hear. The end of financial bondage is actually what it is.

It's been so pervasive, most people have adjusted to an unnatural state of affairs where the govenment gets so much of what they earn, but it still grates on them, even subconsciously because it's not a fair system, not to mention being illegal. Conditioning, but not good enough conditioning.

Who could resist even the desire to believe this revelation? I have told a couple of people about this and not one person had a problem with believing it. Mostly just close relatives right now. It is a little complex if you really are going to prove it to someone, so what I do is get online, talk to them on the phone and read the articles to them. (they don't have internet). I've been digging intently into every kind of conspiracy I could find online, so there are few of them I haven't researched at some length.

There has to be some kind of tax structure or something in order to keep the roads fixed and practical matters like that. That is one of the arguments I hear from people who know about this. "We just can't quit paying taxes, everything will go to pot."

Maybe the answers to that are there and I just haven't gotten to them yet.

If you like conspiracies, this Income Tax fraud is just the tip of the 'berg. One must ask "What purpose does the Income Tax revenue serve if it does not go to our government?"

For that you must study the Federal Reserve. Start here: The Creature from Jekyll Island : A Second Look at the Federal Reserve

But that is outside the scope of our getting the word out about the Income Tax.

This looks like a very interesting book. I'll put it on my to get list.

Oh, don't worry, I'm sure if I dig deep enough I'll find a link to income taxes in there somewhere that incriminates the Federal Reserve. At least some names that are repeated enough in all this.

All this information is linked somewhere, somehow, like our brains, spinal cord and nerves, intrinsically linked.

The body, in this case, being the elite.

Wasn't Jeckyll Island where many of the nasty little conspriracies originated, such as demonizing hemp and the like and guiding the direction of industries in the United States? Getting warmer! Once you read that, there's no turning back. Now's when you choose to take the Red pill or the Blue pill.

Here's the two cent summary:

Create a private banking cabal in 1913 incorporated in Puerto Rico, give it an official sounding name; Federal Reserve, just like Federal Express. Ignore the fact there is no Congressional act authorizing the foriegn corporation to work within the Constitutional United States. Over the decades quietly remove the gold standard until 1971, when "Federal Reserve Notes" are no longer linked to how much gold we own. At that point our "money" becomes Fiat money, where Fiat means "by decree". In other words, our money is money because they tell us it's money and we acquiesce. (Warning: No country has ever survived going Fiat) But you'll notice you can't negotiate it for gold at the banks. It's really worthless. It's not a "Silverback" or "Greenback", it's a "Note"; an I.O.U. only. Without being restricted by a link to our gold supply, print out as much money as you can, lend it to the government and collect interest only. Call that interest "The National Debt".

The tie: Create the IRS to collect the "interest" from the people. When was the IRS created?

1913

Which, by the way, answers one of the typical questions a doubter brings up: How will the government run without the Income Tax?

Answer: How did it run with out it from 1776 to 1913, including wars and huge territory purchases?

I would say that all this information is stranger than fiction. But really, it isn't. The only thing that gives the elite their elite status is us.

It hasn't escaped me that Arnold, Prescott and the current Pope all have nazi ties. If your father and step father being ss doesn't qualify, if being a young ss doesn't count even though you're pope now and as is always said, "what does his Grandpa have to do with anything GW or the son, GHW?" Not a damn thing if I'm stupid.

Are we ruled by a bunch of drugged up zombies with earpieces heading the government? The handlers themselves seem to be slipping or something. Look at all the mistakes, or are they mistakes at all? It's obvious what they want and intend to do (to a brainwashed public), but it's even more obvious when you see them fail if you are alert.

When they fail, they always get more power and money. So failure doesn't matter to them, it's what they are doing now to con us to further bloat the pork.

Until we stop rewarding them for failure, they'll keep going.

What is the red pill and the blue pill? I've seen it referenced before but when I googled it, it came up pharmaceutical.

Getting off topic, but the Red Pill/Blue Pill choice refers to the movie The Matrix. Read a good synopsis of the philosophical choice we have to remain in ignorant bliss or take the harder path of truth:

www.arrod.co.uk/essays/matrix.php

from whatisthematrix.warnerbros.com/

So, apply that to would you rather continue to pay your "fair share" and remain a robot under the control of international criminals or would you rather learn the truth, potentially upsetting the near term ability for the country to run. After all, we are not a free country, we're being led like sheep by the international banking group who are cornering the world's gold supply as we speak. Read what GATA has to say about that.

Edited by: Fogyreef at: 9/28/05 4:21 am

USDC To Hear 16th Amendment Fraud Issue

Postby Fogyreef » Fri Sep 30, 2005 5:59 pm

www.givemeliberty.org/RTP...-09-30.htm

September 30, 2005

USDC To Hear 16th Amendment Fraud Issue

DOJ Lawsuit Against Bill Benson Backfires

Twenty-five years ago Bill Benson, a former Illinois Department of Revenue investigator, began a cross-country trip across the forty-eight states that comprised the Union in 1913 seeking documentary evidence regarding the ratification of the 16th Amendment. This was a most important undertaking, because the government uses the 16th Amendment as its sole authority to tax an individual's wages and salaries.

During his two-year trip, Benson collected thousands of certified legal documents from both state and federal archives documenting exactly how the 16th Amendment was acted on by each state legislature and handled by the office of the Secretary of State for the United States.

In the end, Benson had assembled an irrefutable mountain of evidence showing that during the final days of the William Howard Taft administration in 1913, the 16th Amendment was fraudulently declared by the U.S. Secretary of State, Philander Knox, to have been properly ratified by the requisite number of state legislatures. Bill Benson, and his sidekick, Red Beckman, documented the results of their work in a two volume research report entitled, "The Law That Never Was."

Until now, no federal court has agreed to examine the vast body of legal evidence compiled by Benson. Indeed, the federal courts, both District and Appellate, have consistently refused to tackle the troubling issue, claiming the matter of the fraudulent ratification of the Amendment to be a "political question" for Congress to decide, and beyond the jurisdiction of the courts.

For more than 20 years, this judge-made "political question" doctrine has blocked a resolution of the issue.

Today, as the result of a dramatic court battle now being waged in Chicago, Bill Benson and Red Beckman may be on their way to vindication and the federal government may soon find itself scrambling for a new principal source of revenue.

(continued...)

www.givemeliberty.org/RTP...-09-30.htm
