London - no cctv footage of bombers before explosions?

This is from Global Research. Not sure how true it is, and the tone is a litle hysterical and ranting. But I'd be interested in more info. They weren't suicide bombers, or deceived dupes. To make it even weirder, since the primary user of the cameras is the London Police, it is the London Police who owns the cameras and subcontracts the maintanence to the Bus/Underground. I'm NO image specialist, but this sure looks ridiculous. I'd say it´s a fake."<br><br>The CLG has also inspected this image. "The white-hatted man was apparently superimposed onto the photo. Not only is his arm 'behind' a railing that is supposedly several feet behind HIM, but also, upon magnification in Photoshop, part of the bar actually goes into his head.
