This is from Global Research. Not sure how true it is, and the tone is a litle hysterical and ranting. But I'd be interested in more info. They weren't suicide bombers, or deceived dupes. To make it even weirder, since the primary user of the cameras is the London Police, it is the London Police who owns the cameras and subcontracts the maintanence to the Bus/Underground.
