Im listening to the favourite music of my animals again:
Burial. I guess its those deep basses and slow rhythms that they like.

Now playing all of Burials albums on repeat :) Such melancholy, but hopeful beauty...

Good Stuff.

Penguin & IanEye, if I may barge in, please listen to Cabaret Voltaire member Chris Watson's album Weather Report (listen to all of his work). Amazing. Good website too. http://www.chriswatson.net/

'Weather Report' is named in The Guardian's '1000 Albums to Hear Before You Die' List...

Chris Watson
Weather Report (2003)

Watson is one of the world's leading recorders of wildlife and natural phenomena, and here he edits his field recordings into a filmic narrative. The unearthly groaning of ice in an Icelandic glacier is a classic example of, in Watson's words, putting a microphone where you can't put your ears.

3rd track here (Vatnajökull - 18 minutes)

IanEye: Did I tell you that one of my acquaintances records on Rephlex also...Ovuca / Astrobotnia? D. James even once held a party here in one small town in the middle of woods - we were wanting to go a lot, but couldnt get a car (save stealing one) so didnt get there.

Heard stories of Richard smoking acid sheets out of a chillum

Liked those CV albums.

And everything fell in place for me
The fashion of passion I rationed with caution
Because of the notion the potion of passion
Had never been passed to me
