You were born out of time, OP ED. From the little I've seen of your look, I am absolutely positive that you and [a Ziegfeld Girl of your choice and hers] would've made a very cute and stylish couple. The selection that can be presented here is a little sparse, owing to thread constraints, sadly.

But I personally think you would have looked just adorable with either of the above two young ladies in cool headdress. And yes, there is so a bird in the first picture. It's on the backdrop, near her feet.

You be good and behave yourself, now.

I think those are a couple of dogs.

You just might be right about that. But that's still no way to talk about OP ED's lady friends. For shame, brainpanhandler, for shame.

i've often been told i was born a century too late, but i'd rather like to think i'm just a bit early.

they just don't make headdresses like they used to.

{i think i'd look downright delicious if i was sandwiched between them}

s'like me mum sez:

(i still don't see the bird)

Ha. Cute. I wouldn't mind trying my luck with a woman from an earlier time period. Like this lovely creature -

they just don't make headdresses like they used to.

And thank god for that.

Honestly, OP ED, I find that get up pretty creepy in an oto crowleyesque kind of way. I feel I have seen it somewhere.

I'm not at all sure that's a woman anyway.

if it had reminded me of any OTO garb i'd ever seen, i'm certain i'd have become OHO by now. it reminded me of the costumes in the movie Amadeus, personally.
