My pleasure, Allegro. Joe's a favourite local hero. I discovered him when I was, I suppose 11, and he was still known as Joe Mendelson and fronted a blues band called Mainline. The lifestyle and the industry didn't suit him. And his art. There's a collection called Joe's Politicians, and each one has an asshole for a face.
