Boots Riley of the hiphop group, The Coup, performs "500 million ways to kill a CEO" at Occupy Oakland on October 13th, 2011.
Rare gem.

I talked to an old friend about 2020 just the other day, and although he didn't hear me, here's what he had to say:

Being self-appointed to keep RI up to date on Samantha Fish

My Love To Europe!
We have waited so long to play for you, and to see so many of our awesome fans who have become our dearest friends. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus, we've had to cancel the remaining European tour dates. We are looking to reschedule as many of the dates as possible. We have to put the health and safety of our band, our fans and their families, first. Until the next time, take care of yourselves and each other. See you soon.
SF
SF just did 11 shows in the UK, one in Paris, and one in the Netherlands two nights ago but has cancelled the remaining 11 shows.

PS RI is difficult to use because of the timeout problem.

Re: Music for 2020
Loadicean, thank you for those last few great sets. I enjoyed your second to last better than your last. I did listen to all the songs in each. Slightly Stoopid was new to me. I'm not a metal fan, so lowest in my ranking of all was NIrvana. In the eyes of some I imagine that's some sort of a sin. I enjoyed Burkowski's depressing poetry very much - thank you for introducing me to him reciting one of his works. I was turned on to The Cure only about a dozen years ago by one of my son's friends.
She lives in Philly and travels the world to follow The Cure and has had relationship spanning decades with the group's founder, who's also their lead singer. She sent me a file of The Cure performing Faith, a powerful, sobering piece.
